all very good.

Property was well located and very accommodating to our needs. A lil bit dated but very clean and comfortable and a very affordable price for myself and my kids & grandson. Would certainly recommend and will stay there again when in Hanoi.

The room was extremely tight. The building itself was a little run down.

Very welcoming staff and ready to make sure we had all we needed to make are stay a pleasant experience.

Excellent Location. Great staff. Good housekeeping. TV didn’t work. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. definitely would stay here again, although there are a lot of hotels in the vicinity.

Great location next to some more authentic parts of the old town, and not in the tourist center which doesnt anymore look like Hanoi. This is close to the market areas etc where you can see proper old town, not the tourist streets with western hotels and restaurants. Still close to those too, so you can walk to those quickly anyway.

Only issue with the hotel is, that the sounds from the corridor sound too much into the rooms, and I had to wear earplugs some mornings when the cleaning ladies were shouting to each other so loud that I couldnt sleep and it was somewhat annoying in jetlag condition.

Nous avons fais un séjour de 6 nuits : la première chambre n’avait pas de climatisation, il faisait très froid. La 2ieme chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre/ le drain de la douche était bouché. Le lit était sale.. malgré nos demandes rien n’a été changé. Dans les 2 chambres il y avait de la moissisure dans les douches.
L’emplacement est super pour se déplacer dans le vieux quartier.
Nous avons remarqué par la suite que l’hôtel a changé de noms 3 fois.. probablement pour éliminer les mauvais commentaires. 🙄
Les petits-déjeuners étaient diversifiés et bons!

Perfekt läge mitt i myllret av gamla stad. Trevlig och serviceminded personal. Frukosten var OK men kanske lite tråkig. Rummen rena, ok sängar, bra täcken och kuddar. Lite äldre stuk på standard med det var överlag fräscht och bra!

Vivian, the receptionist was an awesomely helpful host and very accomodating. My friends and I enjoyed and felt at home during our stay. We will surely recommend it to our friends and family.

The receptionist was very helpful and the breakfast was a nice touch too.
The room was small so not much space to open my luggage. The air conditioning didnt work and there was problems with the front door opening mechanism.
Room cleaners came into my room by mistake while i was in the room and then never returned for the next days to replace towels.
Overall okay

As frequent traveller, I am quitely surprised with nice approach, prossionalism and kindness of staff in the hotel. Human approach, understanding of all needs, friendly attitude, is just slight description of these people. Not so many times in my life I meet such great collective.
Always on disposal, big smiles, friendly attitude. We were feeling like home and among close family. Thank you for everything!

The property is located in the heart of the Hanoi "old Quarter". It wa super close to dozens of small, street food type restaurants. And the Dong Xuan Market place was only a couple of blocks away. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

I received excellent customer service. The only cons I had were the hallway of my room definitely needed to be refurbished. Looked run down. Also, the hot water didn’t last more than 10 minutes. Aside from that I enjoyed my stay. There are a lot of dining options within walking distance. I felt safe as a solo traveler. The pictures on Expedia are a bit deceptive.
