Pretty room, great location.
Pros:

Great location close to the boardwalk and marina. Our room was very nice and bigger than expected. The AC worked very well and wasn’t horribly loud. We were only there one night but we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. I’d stay there again.

Pros:

Stanza grande e pulita. Letto comodo, camera fresca. Ottima posizione, spiaggia e molo raggiungibili a piedi. Staff gentile e sorridente.

Cons:

Moquette. Prezzo un po’ alto, considerando che non c’è possibilità di fare colazione in hotel.

Great place to stay but for the money we paid per night, I would expect more.
Pros:

The room was very clean and a good size. A little old, but certainly serviceable. The patio was also a nice amenity. A/C worked well, and the refer and coffee station were a nice convenience. Staff on site were attentive and housekeepers were great.

Cons:

No restaurant, no pool, no vending machines (that I could see) for snacks, and limited office hours. Miniature ironing board and iron. No ice bucket. Parking spaces and parking lot were very tight.

Excellent location, lovely room
Pros:

Fantastic location, felt high end despite being low cost. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Pretty nice facilities inside room, don’t get out in the corner room, kinda loud.
Pros:

This was a great location by the marina and not too far a walk from the wharf area and state street. Staff at front desk were friendly!

Cons:

We were put in this corner room where our room windows were by the sidewalk along the perimeter of the hotel. It was really loud, many people walking by and workers outside along that street.

Excellente nuit avec une très belle chambre spacieuse.
Pros:

Très bel hotel, grande chambre confortable. Très propre. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Prix un peu élevé mais c est Santa Barbara.

Great location, nice amenities, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

the location --walk to harbor for dinner and to Chad's for breakfast. Room comfortable and had coffee and frig. Not too noisy. Easy access to room and car. Friendly staff--help with finding a dinner place for visiting family (the manager helped me)

Cons:

Noise from parking lot behind our room--not Castillo property but the hotel next door. people leaving early in the am. not a lot you can do about that
