Lovely hotel and good location. But please fix the key situation

Nice hotel and great location

Cons:

The keys did not work for our room. We were told this may happen at the desk which thought was strange. Then when we went out early and came back we couldn’t get in!! We had to call someone at 6 in the morning to come let us in. Annoying if they already knew this may happen.
