Расположение отеля и то, что он изначально спроектирован как 5-звездочный отель - решают всё. Для сравнения мы останавливались в Monotel, но поняли, что Hayat лучше и удобнее. Отдельное спасибо Марине, которая встретила нас радушно, решила все наши вопросы с размещением. Порадовал завтрак: разнообразно и качественно. Отдельно хочу подчеркнуть, что в отеле есть маленькая, но очень уютная бизнес зона с компьютером и принтером - это супер!! Я смог в 2 часа ночи поработать и распечатать документ! То, что в пяти минутах есть крупнейший торговый центр ADK - это очень ценно: сводить детей поиграться, купить что то нужное.
Есть небольшие нюансы, которые еще можно улучшать:
- можно добавить безглютеновый хлеб на завтрак
- обязательно отремонтируйте плитки на пандусе!!
- шторы трудно закрыть (в угловой комнате, где они идут полукругом)
- резиновый уплотнитель двери душевой кабинки отваливается.
- пора организовать маленькую детскую игровую комнату!
- пора обновлять телевизоры - нет Youtube. Хотя бы ставьте hdmi кабель для подключения ноутбука.
Локация и тишина
Питание скудное, ночью слышно как бьется от ветра цепь от флагштока. Я жил на 5 этаже с обратной стороны здания.
Заезд и обслуживание на ресепшне. Особая благодарность учтивому персоналу в лице Марины!
