An absolutely wonderful, family-run hotel with the most welcoming hosts who truly go above and beyond. They generously share both their time and their beautiful property, which features a lovely pool area and a well-maintained garden where you might spot land tortoises and even wild monkeys. You can often see the monkeys in the early morning as they leave at sunrise and again in the evening when they return at sunset—every day! If you’re lucky, you may even get to taste fresh coconuts.

The hosts are very responsive before your arrival (via Booking.com) and are easy to reach during your stay, either by simply knocking on their door or via WhatsApp.

The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to a paradise-like beach and about 4 minutes to a small gas station shop where you can buy essentials like bread, toppings, and drinks.

There are plenty of cozy spots to relax in the garden, as well as access to a barbecue and a peaceful, well-kept pool area.

It doesn’t feel like staying at a hotel—it feels like being welcomed into someone’s home ❤️

We booked an apartment with a kitchen and a private terrace, which we highly recommend.

Don’t hesitate to book this place—if it were possible to give a higher rating, we absolutely would!

Location - Mullins beach is a very short walk across the road and a quieter/smaller beach is a 10min walk away, Speightown is a 25min walk and Holetown is a 10min ride away (Yellow mini buses will pick you up directly outside the exit of the Condos).

plenty of bars and restaurants around, the walks are pleasant due to the weather and sound of the sea is always around you

Delia and Bird are excellent hosts, very positive and make you feel like family.

L'accueil a été formidable, Delia (une Québécoise) est une hôtesse fantastique. Le site est magnifique avec ses jardins et ses singes. L'aire de la piscine est particulièrement agréable. L'hôtel est à 2 minutes de la plage. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable.

Lovely and reliable hosts! Delia even let me ride to the town center with her to do some grocery shopping.

Gradevolissima piccola struttura immersa in un giardino tropicale. Camere, anzi appartamenti ampi e confortevoli. Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla spiaggia e in un posto rilassante e tranquillo. I proprietari attenti ai bisogni del cliente e pronti a rispondere a qls richiesta. Veramente OTTIMO

Owners were so friendly and helpful. Great location in the north of the island, a short walk to beach and restaurants. Peaceful gardens where monkeys played early and again in the evening. We also saw hummingbirds and tortoises in the grounds of the condos.
