Pros:

The Reception Staff is very nice and friendly always willing to help.

There is no enough Ventillator so hot during Summer.

Gerne wieder, wenn es ein Zimmer nicht direkt vor dem Dach ist.
Pros:

Lage für mich sehr gut, ungeahnt in einem nicht sehr schönen Gebäude mit Einkaufszentrum/Edeka etc. Fast versteckt. Dann aber sehr schönes großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Klimaanlage muss man extra buchen - was ist das denn für ein Service?
Vor den Fenstern ist ein Dach- man kann also die Fenster nicht ganz aufmachen, da jeder einsteigen könnte. Für mich unangenehm. Es ließ sich von vier Fenstern nur eines richtig kippen…

für uns perfekt
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, für uns perfekte Lage mit preiswertem Dauerparken über 6 Tage und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da wir wegen eines Familienbesuches in Berlin waren, waren wir ganztägig abwesend. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und angemessen im Verhalten. Wir kommen seit Jahren regelmäßig nach Berlin, dies war bisher unsere beste Unterkunft, die wir zukünftig auch gerne wieder in Anspruch nehmen werden.

Cons:

Das Hotel selbst war tadellos. Die Dauerbaustelle am benachbarten Gebäudekomplex ist unschön aber nicht in Verantwortung des Hotels.

...na szczęście tylko 2 noce. więc dało się przeżyć- uffff

Śniadanie bardzo dobre i urozmaicone:-)

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji , małe i niskie łóżka , brak darmowej wody mineralnej w pokoju, brak czajnika w pokoju, straszne hałasy z ulicy.

Pros:

La mia camera era spaziosa e nonostante la moquette per terra devo dire che ho trovato sempre la stanza pulita.
Il letto era comodo, e la stanza era dotata di aria condizionata per fortuna.
Colazione buona, dolce e salata con diverse opzioni.
Gentilissimi gli addetti alla reception.
La posizione dell'Hotel è comodissima, c'è la metro a due passi e diverse linee di autobus.

Cons:

l'arredamento datato. specialmente la moquette in terra, il personale di sala alle colazioni a volte era un po' scorbutico, e non tutti parlavano un buon inglese (ma forse ho trovato qualche mattinata storta).
Nel complesso però la sola cosa veramente che non va bene è il WIFI. L'ho praticamente disattivato perchè era inutile.
