Super Lage mit einer sehr guten Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Größe des Zimmers und die Ausstattung war gut. Hervorzuheben ist das stets freundliche und hilfsbereite Auftreten der Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Nicht so toll ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage. Es ist wirklich sehr warm im Zimmer trotz des bereitgestellten Ventilators. Auch etwas anstrengend war, dass die Schlüsselkarten 2x nicht funktionierten, was aber vom Personal schnell und sehr freundlich behoben wurde.

Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Bus vor der Tür. Einmal die Straße überqueren und man ist in der Schloßstraße. Ich habe das Hotel gewählt wegen der schnellen Verbindung zur Charité Benjamin Franklin, wo mein Mann operiert wurde.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, es wird ständig aufgefüllt. Überhaupt gibt es hier nur sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Man sollte im Sommer wissen, dass nur 2 Stockwerke mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. Ansonsten ist ein Ventilator vorhanden.
