Very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was great.
The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming. Spacious rooms with all necessities. No coffee/tea station however coffee/tea was readily available in the breakfast room. Easy access to the motorway and a short drive to the centre of Arras.
Perfect location after leaving Calais; just over an hour’s drive. Quiet area. Room was very clean. The reason I gave 3* was because the shower gel was empty & no kettle facilities. Lovely restaurant right next door & a McDonald’s. Reasonable priced fuel station just 1.3miles away.
Very clean and felt newly refurbished. A very good Italian restaurant next door and easy to park with good transport links for driving.
Overall absolutely brilliant for the money. The staff we spoke to were very friendly and were multi-lingual which is great for us ignorant Brits. The room was very clean although the toilet was the only thing that let the room down - a smell that I couldn’t work out where it was coming from and the toughest flush in the world. Strangely it would randomly flush itself now and again. Other than that, beds and linen were clean, we didn’t get eaten by bed bugs like we did at premier inn in Dover (do not stop there) and it was quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and the eating area clean. Couldn’t expect more for the money - I know breakfast was extra but it was worth it.
Great value, no frills but large room. Great as a stop over before getting the Tunnel
Stopped overnight on way to Calais. Easy to find not far from motorway, free parking, good breakfast for 9 euros, and macdonalds waswalking distance away.
Good Location for WW1 Sites
Nothing special but fine for an overnight stay on the way to Calais. Doesn’t look like much from outside, but clean and tidy inside. Easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. Free parking overnight included. Thank you.
Decent property that we stayed for one night.
Perfect location from the tunnel heading south and getting away from Calais
All good
We needed a hotel for one night. We checked in late and there was an electric gate entrance. The woman on reception was very welcoming. The hotel reception area smelt of disinfectant as though it was recently cleaned. It was all very clean. We took the lift to our room. The room was a good size. A bed was made up for our son incase we needed it. Our bed was very comfy. The bathroom was a good size. We would stay here again if needed a room in this location.
Comfortable stay in air conditioned room. Excellent breakfast.
Pros: good price, secure free parking, restaurant local to hotel
We stayed for one night on the way to the Euro Tunnel. As a family of 4 with two young children the location was ideal as a stop over on the way home from Disney. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the black out blind was very welcome! The nighttime receptionist was lovely and went above and beyond to help us sort out milk for our yongest. We would definitely stay again.
Clean and comfortable accommodation on the edge on town. Nice and quiet. The thermostat in our room didn't work but the staff quickly provided us with a space heater that did the job. Everyone was kind and helpful.
We had booked 3 nights in this property but wish I had booked somewhere else. The air conditioning was switched off in the hotel and would not be switched on even though the outside temperature was 25°C and our room was 28°C as the blind had been left open and the sunlight streaming in. The manager would not switch on the air conditioning and just shrugged and said they don't normally have such warm weather in May. The towels were threadbare and there was no kettle available in the room. Very disappointed
Great location for staying before getting the Euro tunnel, we also stayed last year, great for families
