清潔で快適
Pros:

使い捨ての紙コップやスリッパが個包装で用意されていて清潔。今回は時間帯の都合で利用できなかったが、朝食が美味しそう。
フロントの人が感じよかった。

Cons:

荷物と傘を持って駅から14分歩くと、歩道橋を渡るのが一苦労。もう少し駅に近いか，階段の昇降なしで行ければ最高。

Clean n quiet room but unfriendly staff
Pros:

Very clean room.
Free cold n hot tea but not coffee

Cons:

The staff(just one staff) was unfriendly n straight to asked me to provide passport. Is there a rule that I have to show?
No explanation n keep repeat your passport. I do speak Japanese n I told him I’m living here.
There is a parking problem if you drive.

Pros:

安心して利用出来た。

Cons:

自動販売機のある階へ行き、カップヌードルを購入したが箸、フォークも無く結果、食べることは出来なかった。部屋にも常備されていない。
せめて販売機の近くに箸、フォークが無い事、購入の際はフロントに問い合わせする旨など貼り紙等の表示が必要ではないか。部屋に戻って直ぐに食べられないのは不便を感じた。
