Friendly and professional staff, exactly what you need for a great price
Pros:

Staff was very helpful with guiding me to find a parking spot. They came out to the street to direct me. It was late at night when I arrived, but felt very cared for. Room was clean and exactly what I expected

良かったけど、、、、、。
Pros:

フロントの人がサッと会員カードを発行してくれた。
駐車の心配なく出し入れOKで500円
(第3は凄い坂の上だけど)

Cons:

シャワーヘッドがマイクロナノバブルてはなかった。APAは標準装備かと思っていた。
一つしかないランドリーが喫煙フロアにあり
匂いがすごすぎた。
