Highly recommended.
Pros:

Great position in Hobart with views and adjacent to the harbour. Easy walk to town and the Salamanca area.
The apartment was great size, well set up. and functional. Very comfortable.

Cons:

Occasional loud noise from some neighbouring properties - in particular early morning rubbish collection.

Perfect location and absolutely beautiful stay.
Pros:

This property was perfectly located and just lovely to stay in. Very comfortable and clean and we are immensely happy with our choice.

Cons:

Only slight thing that was an issue was that the windows don’t open - so could get stuffy in warm weather.

We had an excellent stay.
Pros:

Location is excellent, facilities are excellent too.
Great to have parking available.
Our first apartment on the 2nd floor was excellent in every way. Apartment 212.

Cons:

Apartment 307 ( our 2nd stay ) was also excellent but the bathroom was not really great.
It had a shower over a very deep bath that was quite dangerous to climb in and out of with no hand rail.

The Apartment was huge, plenty of room, fantastic kitchen and appliances.
The couch extremely comfortable & the TV Was the perfect size for the room.
Close to everything.

Cons:

It was a little noisy outside, our apartment backed on to the restaurant down below but didn't hinder my experience.

Cons:

After hour check in. Need to put a map to show how to walk from the office to place of residence picking keys. Travelers like me has some issues with esim and trouble to find location with internet maps.
