Perfect location - walked to everything we needed. Good, comfortable place to stay in the city.
Pros:

Location, location, location. It was right where we needed to be. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The ensuite shower could be better screened. It was difficult to contain the water within the shower area.

Delightful apartment but without sleeping well it won’t be my first choice next time.

Clean, good selection of teas and coffee and utilities.

Cons:

Beds were way too hard.
Pillows were ridiculous. They looked great but when you put your head on them they flattened down way too much but the sides filled out. (Like sitting on a beanbag). Tried sleeping with two pillows and it was too high.
I asked reception for firmer pillows and explained why. They agreed pillows were uncomfortable but couldn’t help me with a firmer pillow. With two bedrooms with king-size beds we had 8 pillows to choose from and they were all unsatisfactory.

Lovely, spacious apartment for families
Pros:

The apartment, esp the living area, was very spacious and the outdoor / bbq area were great areas to socialise as a family. Place was so wonderful that we ended up having dinners there as it's such a lovely layout. The facilities / supplies were ample - even had an extra heater for one of the bedrooms. It was an easy walk to the Salamanca and the key areas for Dark Mofo.

Staff were excellent as well - allowed us to leave our baggage before official checkin time and even called to make sure we get there on time.

Lovely comfortable and convenient apartment and would stay here again.

Only that both bathrooms were downstairs which is a minor issue and didn’t really affect us.
I think the only thing was that the beds were a little on the harder side for me as I like and need softer beds for my arthritic body but again it didn’t affect me too much.
