City Première Marina Hotel Apartments

Struttura molto buona. Appartamento grande e con molti comfort: insonorizzazione non buona però. Ottima la colazione con grande scelta. Il personale sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta

I had a good stay at City Premiere Marina Hotel Apartments overall. Although my check-in experience was disappointing due to a rude receptionist (first impressions matter!), the rest of the staff made up for it. Naing was especially helpful—he assisted with my luggage, showed me around, and recommended great spots nearby. Guncham (hope I spelled that right) kept the room spotless and always checked in, even when I declined cleaning. If not for the check-in issue, this would’ve been a 5-star review. Thanks to the staff who made my stay enjoyable!

Lovely staff, good service.
Rooms are a bit dated now, kitchens/bathrooms need improvement. But for the price, no complaints !
Main issue for me was breakfast, did the job, but no nice variety/was bland.
Overall a great stay for me & my family.

As al hotel/appartments in Dubai, once they are build there is no maintenance. After a few years the decay starts and everything that is broken is not repaired. As in our appartment, watertaps, kitchencupboards, toilets not flushing etc.

Tutto sarebbe perfetto. Gli appartamenti sono grandissimi; noi addirittura vantavamo 4 bagni in 4. Un vero lusso. Fornito di tutto, letti comodi, cucina completa anche con lavatrice. Quello che mi lascia basita è che a loro modo di vedere non prevedono una courtesy room pe il giorno del check out. Per cui abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia nel bagno delle parti comuni, supplicando di ricevere degli asciugamani ed il necessario per lavarsi. Inoltre NON è previsto un phone per asciugarsi i capelli. Anche in questo abbiamo dovuto insistere ripetutamente. La critica non vuole essere fine a se stessa, ma volta a migliorare ancora di più una struttura che merita

The staff are so rude and not professional, bad energy, the property needs a lot of improvement, the location is good

Ottima posizione, personale cortese ed attento

Rooms big, spacious and comfortable. Starting to look tired but decent. Impossible to work in the work as there is literally no power sockets. In the kitchen there is one socket to be shared between, toaster, Kettle, microwave and coffee machine. No powersockets near the table or coffee table for a laptop or to charge a phone. Similar in bedrooms. Asked for extention leads but nothing.

After the most Welcoming check in, we were assisted to our Apartment and were totally blown away at our first impression. From early coffees on one of the balconies, (each Bedroom had its own full bathroom and balcony) which opened out from the open plan lounge/kitchenette to the Restaurant, Fitness Centre and pool, everything was just perfect with the icing being on the most Wonderful Staff Members, As a bonus, the Complex is a short walk to the Marina and also has a very handy Carrefour Mini-Market (and separate Pharmacy) across the road from the Entrance. Transport to anywhere was easy by Taxi (Front door), Tram (a eight minute walk) or the Dubai Metro (a fifteen minute walk). Took a little longer for us as I had a limp. Many Eateries and shops were nearby so we could have happily just stayed in the area had there not been so much to see in Dubai. Only managed to try out the Restaurant once for coffee sadly (Lovely Restaurant but time prevented us from having a full meal there) but Overall, This would be our first choice for a place to stay for future visits to Dubai.

Great staff, clean furniture.

Solo que la política de no aceptar visitas en las habitaciones, es respetable, pero en algunas ocasiones su aplicación puede comportar situaciones comprometidas.
El personal en lo general muy amable y servicial.
El gimnasio un poco abandonado, es complicado conseguir una toalla.

Idéalement situé au cœur de la Marina, l’hotel permet l’acces à tout ( plage, restos, bateaux, métro pour le centre ville ou l’Expo
Personnel attentif , buffet de petit déjeuner très correct , prix compétitif

The location and view of the property were impeccable. The staff were also very nice, but when we called for some issues, there was usually a language barrier that took several calls to rectify. The amenities of the property were nice, however we had some issues with power in the suite. It was very random which electronics worked in which outlets. Otherwise staff was responsive to our needs.

Etablissement tes bien situé. Mais au niveau hygiène il faudrait revoir certaines choses, cheveux retrouvés au sol lors de notre arrivée, équipements défectueux notamment les WC. Sinon bon accueil.

Boendet var mycket bra men fick byta rum, då ett standard rum inte riktigt stämmer överrens av vad som visas på bilden!
Kvinnliga reseptopnspersonal direkt otrevliga men de manliga var trevliga.
