Agradables días rodeados de naturaleza
Pros:

La tranquilidad que te trasmitía el lugar.
Toda la familia logramos conectar con la naturaleza.
El personal muy atento y servicial.

Cons:

Uno de los días me tocó ducharme con agua fresquita, no salía agua caliente, me imagino porque todos los huéspedes nos estaríamos duchando mas o menos a la misma hora (antes de la cena).
En la publicidad hablaba de piscina abierta todo el año temperada con placas solares (en mi ignorancia pequé al pensar que podríamos hacer uso de la piscina en semana santa) no sabía muy bien la ubicación del hotel, ahora entiendo que con suerte se podrá bañar en los meses de verano.

Cons:

Sinceramente, no sé si fue mala suerte, pero los servicios de la habitación Rafalés dejaron mucho que desear. Entre otros problemas, el agua caliente no llegaba a la habitación y el secador no funcionaba, por lo que tuve que ducharme con agua fría y quedarme con el pelo completamente mojado. La experiencia, como es de imaginar, no fue nada agradable.
La cama tampoco ofrecía comodidad: el colchón era extremadamente duro, el somier estaba tan flojo que se movía en exceso cada vez que te girabas, y los cabeceros ni siquiera estaban anclados a la pared.
Para una habitación de más de 250 € por noche esperaba un nivel de servicio muy superior. Se echan en falta detalles básicos en establecimientos de este precio, como una mini nevera para conservar agua fría o una cafetera tipo Nespresso (o al menos un calentador de agua) para poder tomar un café o un té, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que el hotel está aislado y no dispone de servicio de bar.

En conjunto, la relación calidad‑precio fue decepcionante y creo que el hotel debería revisar tanto sus instalaciones como los servicios que ofrece.

Un lugar increíble pero muy floja la cocina .
Se podría mejorar mucho puesto que el hotel está en un lugar de difícil acceso !
Menús cerrados y de poca consistencia. Teniendo en cuenta la riqueza gastronómica de la zona. Una pena porque el hotel es muy bonito

Just delighted!
Pros:

We found the Mas de la Serra quite by chance as we were looking for a very peaceful place after 14 days of esctic life in Barcelona. As chance does things well, we were delighted by our find. Everything was perfect: the warm welcome of the owner, the exceptional layout of the place, the breathtaking view of the valley, the absolutely delicious meals. It was so quiet. Exactly what we needed. It is a lovely place that we will not hesitate to recommend. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. We could not expect more.
Pros:

We loved it so much that we decided to stay a second night. We would have stayed longer but we had to fly back to our country. Our experience was just fabulous!
