Cons:

Its more like a hostel feeling, not Hotel. Rooms are good, but noisy during night. Can hear almost all crossings in staircases etcc.

Cons:

In need of updating, asked for quiet room and was put next to the lift which was noisy. Walls paper thin ie heard voices next door. Place vibrated when the tram passed. Breakfast lady not in the correct roll for bad attitude

Non è la prima volta che alloggio sempre gentili.
Peccato che questa mattina la doccia non aveva l’acqua calda ma tiepida. Probabilmente c’è stato qualche problema tecnico.

Geräumiges Zimmer aber ausserhalb des Hotels
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich, auch das Frühstücksangebot war ansprechend.

Cons:

Unser gebuchtes Zimmer befand sich auf der Seite des Gebäudes unten an einer Rampe zur Garage, die Tür führte direkt von aussen in das Zimmer hinein. Es fühlte sich deshalb nicht wie ein Hotelzimmer an. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr geräumig, doch es gab einen Geruch nach Kanalisation, der mit einem sehr penetranten Raumparfüm bekämpft wurde. Das Pflegepersonal liess vermutlich deshalb immer das Fenster angelehnt offen, was nicht sehr sicher ist im EG.
Am 2. Tag fragten wir, ob wir das Zimmer wechseln können, was wir am 3. Tag für eine Nacht konnten. Dieses neue Zimmer war im Hotelinneren und sehr gut.
Auch der Frühstücksraum ist im UG und man sieht aus den Fenstern in einen Schacht.

Ottima esperienza
Pros:

Posizione ottima, di fronte la metro gialla e lilla + di fronte alla Pam e accanto l hotel c e pure una farmacia. Zona servitissima.

Cons:

La colazione è molto piu salata che dolce.
Il resto tutto perfetto
