Excellent séjour à Onati
Pros:

C’était un plaisir de découvrir cet hôtel lors de notre voyage au Pays Basque. Le personnel était professionnel et accueillant. La chambre, spacieuse et très propre, a été agréablement décorée avec beaucoup de charme. La literie était excellente. Une machine à boissons a été mise à la disposition des clients à l’arrivée. Le dîner, servi avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et offrant un bon rapport qualité-prix, était très bon. Le petit-déjeuner était complet et composé de produits frais. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Todo muy bien. Cómodo, una vista hermosa, el personal muy cálido

Cons:

Llegar fue muy dificil y es factible que me hayan hecho multas ya que el gps me envió por calles prohibidas. Si es así me saldrá muy cara mi estadía en Oñati. Ojalá se apiaden. No es fácil llegar. El punto flojo

Comfortable room, superb views
Pros:

A good sized room with comfortable seating and a decent sized desk. Plenty of power points.
The location gave superb views over the town and countryside however this meant that the hotel was up a very steep and narrow road from the town and so this made the town essentially inaccessible on foot.
Coffee available free at all times - very enjoyable on the terrace in the sun.
Good breakfast including freshly cooked eggs. The weekday evening €25 menu was both well cooked and good value.

Cons:

No extractor fan in the bathroom, limited shelf space and rather poor quality loo paper.
