Pros:

A beautiful old style hotel that has retained its charm. We enjoyed a fabulous meal in the dining room and are planning on bringing family to stay when they visit later in the year.

Beautiful and very comfortable hotel in a quaint little town!

Beautiful Hotel, look & feel and design is, great location in the beautiful town of Graaff-Reinett, very nice breakfast....It's gonna be our go to if we are on our way to Joburg or on our way back home for sure.......

Cons:

Check in - we booked through booking.com and we were not in the system. So their booking system clearly does not communicate automatically with booking.com. There was enough space, so it was not a problem, but is does look unprofessional and can give big problems in busy times.

Beautiful luxurious overnight stop on my way to Port Alfred
Pros:

The breakfast had lovely, delicious variety. The dinner menu was simple not clattered and made it easy to decide. Delicious well-prepared food. The room is cozy, clean and the bed is comfortable.

Brilliant and perfect
Pros:

The property is so central with the most friendliest staff. Our room had every amenity that you could need and it was super clean and the homely feel of the gardens and surrounds made us feel so welcome
