Great stay and the staff are great at doing their job
Pros:

Central location near bus stops... very clean inside out. The staff are lovely.

Cons:

As per most hotels in Izmir/Smyrna; visitors are not allowed into rooms for some strange reason - unlike Istanbul and other global cities! Which is very unreasonable when your friends want to visit and not sit in hotel foyer.

The staff service was good, but the place is old, dirty, the rooms smelt like cigarettes and the parking is far from the hotel.

Pros:

very good location and friendly staff.. Great selection of food for breakfast. Only downside was that the room smelt of stale cigarette smoke! .Bed was comfy and bathroom good.

Don’t go to this hotel,with your money choose better than this one

The location is excellent,and the staff is friendly

Cons:

The property itself is so old,no remodeling,the room is bad ,their bathroom is so annoying,we changed 3 rooms through one day ,first room it’s bathroom is so small the door is sliding and doesn’t work well,and the tools are dirty ,their comfort was not clean it contains a lot of dark spots,so we changed the room,the second one it’s cooler didn’t work all the night we couldn’t sleep,therefore we changed this room too ,there is almost no visitors in this hotel

close to the bus station

Cons:

the window of the room looked over broken houses and garbage bins.
the breakfast was very very basic, nothing like the pictures
there were (girls) just outside the hotel entrance

Convenient for station
Pros:

It was very convenient for the railway station for a night. Easy walk down into the centre.

Cons:

Rooms smelt of smoke but the window could be opened even if noisy.

location was not bad it, the rooms are very small and some of them the air conditioning wasn't working , the hotel is old and every thing was old, was not much clean

Very dirty and stinky is not good you are going clean and you come out dirty

Very bad service,hotel dirty,stinky the room was filthy i really can not describe,please never book at this hotel

A good Turkish coffee in the morning a front of the hotel, in sunny and palm street is great thing!
Pros:

The location is great. I like Izmir and the part of ex fair ground.

Cons:

The rooms are so small, in toilet you can not remove a tush knob from the wall. Breakfast is the same all days. No fruits, no olive oil. We are in Turkey! where is the great Turkish fruits and vegetables?

Pros:

Close to the big market bazaar

Cons:

The noise from the street (window does not seal properly). I luckily had earplugs, so it was not an issue. Still worth the money
