Decent but could have been better!
Pros:

I loved the size of the room and the amenities that came with it. The room itself was clean. I also liked how they had security in the parking lot throughout the night to ensure the safety of your vehicle.

Cons:

The bedding was disgusting. There was hair allll over the sheets and comforters. I requested the bedding be changed, and the front desk offered to give me additional bedding but couldn’t switch it out because housekeeping was gone for the night. When I received the NEW bedding, it had hair everywhere too!

Truck stop Manager
Pros:

Manager was beyond rude I had 3 different problems and she tried to start an argument with me. Plus she dressed like she was going to go work in a tire shop changing tire and wore a hat a jeans like she worked in Motel 6. The young lady working there look like a real professional. I think the manager thought she worked at a truck stop Dec 27 2025.

Bag full of clothes stolen!
Pros:

I had a booking from December 18th to the 22nd. The first night started off well—a young Black gentleman greeted me and was very helpful by providing my family with a pack-and-play. The other days were okay too, but on checkout day (the 22nd), I accidentally left a bag of clothes in the room. I had to drive to Augusta after checking out, and when I arrived, my wife pointed out that I had left my bag of dirty clothes in the hotel room, which was Room 104.
I called the hotel around 1 a.m. on the 23rd, and the front desk told me to call back at 8 a.m. for housekeeping. I called again around 10:30 a.m., asked to be transferred to housekeeping, and they told me to call back at 11:30 a.m., which I did. Housekeeping then immediately told me that they had only seen two boxes in the room. I was shocked and said, "What?!" There had been several bags of trash in the room, but no boxes.
As soon as I hung up, I immediately called the front desk again and asked if they could check on their end. They put me on hold for an hour 😳 (screenshot added). I called back and explained that I'd been on hold for an hour—I just wanted to know if anyone had seen a large bag of clothes in Room 104. The front desk woman said she had spoken to housekeeping and they hadn't seen anything, which basically means someone took my clothes. I OR MY FAMILY (I have a wife and two young kids) WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN! I WANT THE HOTEL TO REACH OUT TO ME BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND A FULL BAG OF NICE CLOTHES COME UP MISSING THAT QUICK AND IM INDIVIDUAL THAT DOESN'T MIND OF AN HOTEL IS NOT PERFECT. IM A LAID BACK GUY! HAD TO PUT THIS OUT THERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED FUTURE TRAVELERS 🙏🏾
