Dishonest and rude
Pros:

We booked with hotels.com, and when we arrived (within the listed checkin hours) they told us that they have sold our room to someone else and dont have a room for us. We had to find another more expensive room somewhere else after arriving at night. The person on front desk would only blame the manager, and was not helpful to find another room. No sympathy and would only say 'this is how it is'.

Pasable para lo que te cobran pero buen servicio
Pros:

La recámara da vista a una área interna cerrada. O sea, no hay ventana con vista afuera con aire fresco. Hay un ventilador nada más. Cuando hace calor, el ventilador mal ayuda. No hay aire acondicionado. El fregadero está posicionado muy adentro y uno tiene que doblar su cuerpo hacia adentro como casi escalando un montaña. La ducha está bien pero el agua pasa por la carpeta del WC mojándolo. Todo estaba limpio pero las sábanas tenían manchas. Si necesitas aojar, es una opción pero yo buscaría otro hotel
