A notre arrivée le staff était très gentil
Pas bruit dans l'établissement.

Cons:

La chambre air climatisé fonctionnait comme un moteur avion.
Au déjeuner la personne staff était pas très intéressé à son poste.un enfant avait de la difficulté avec sa gauffre j'ai du lui aider et lui (staff)as juste regarder et quand j'ai eu terminé de décoler la gauffre y'as passer par dessus nous pour mettre du pam comme un stupide.désolé mais très déçu de son comportement. Je comprends que l'enfant était pas avec ses parents mais quand même cela se faisait pas.
A la réception du dimanche 28 juin le gros messieurs avait pas de façon avec le public.

Pros:

Perfect location for where we were going. Room very spacious and comfortable. Easy to park (free) and felt safe. Staff very welcoming in both English and French.

Cons:

No microwave, included breakfast was mediocre. Place is aging as seen by the wallpaper in the halls, scuffs on doors/walls and overall maintenence.

Pros:

The restaurant staff were fabulous. Florence who looked after the morning breakfast was amazing. Do helpful and caring with our disabled friend.

Very disappointed with the quality of this hotel!
Pros:

I had high hopes because we stayed there 4 years ago. The location is convenient. Unfortunately, nothing else impressed us. It was dirty and run down.

Cons:

We were so very disappointed with this room. The beds were the worst we have ever slept in, the mattresses were lumpy and clearly quite old. The bathroom had pink mold in the shower and very dirty. I spent 10 minutes cleaning it before I dared to shower. The carpets are incredibly dirty. It was actually the worst night we had during our 6 day trip through Quebec and Ontario.

Pros:

Some stuff needs to be reviewed in the 1st Bathroom, broken soaps holder, shampoo 😔, bath tub 😔. My main concern was breakfast for a 4 ⭐ not really up to level I have been in a 3 ⭐ Quality inns in Niagara that should be 4 ⭐. Frankly you should make it to level. Should improve to maintain 4 ⭐.
