Pros:

The girl who served me at night checking in was very nice.

Cons:

Pool and hottub absolutely disgusting!! Hottub was yellow and lots of gunk at bottom of it, as well as floating and pool was freezing and had things floating in it. The man who checked us out seemed miserable and like he doesnt want to work in hospitality.

Pros:

Hotel was pretty close to everything. Staff was good beds where okay. Breakfast was good could of used bacon instead of sausage but thats okay.

Cons:

Order 2 queen size bed got two doubles. My daughter slipped on the wet ceramic tiles in the sauna and ended up splitting her chin open and I had to go to emergency. Think the hotel should rethink how they have that set up. All night we heard people going up and down the stairs as we were at the end of the hall. Hallway floor was so creaky. For the price I paid it was not worth it. I have stayed in hotels for a lot less and they were 2x better

Pros:

Idéalement situé à la limite de l’Ontario et du Québec, cet hôtel offre tout le confort nécessaire. Le personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute, un petit déjeuner copieux vous attend également !

A bit shabby in appearance and management.
Pros:

This property needs some serious reno. Bathroom sink broken. Unit ceiling light flickering all night. Bathroom so small =you can barely close the door. Vending machines empty or broken.

Cons:

Nothing. Sorry.
