Boy Scout Training Trip
Pros:

Location is convenient to Interstate and town of Lebanon (much to see). Breakfast amenities were real good and JoAnne and Pauline provided GREAT service!

Only positive was the Front desk Staff was friendly. Room was very Dirty, cockroach casing behind tv, cockroach poop in bed, there was spilled dog food on floor, fake fingernail on floor, diry napkins on floor. Just felt grimy. We checked in, left within 5 minutes of entering room. We left and was told they would give us a full refund for all 5 nights we booked. Noticed they charged us for 2 nights and only refunded 3. After being on the phone with the hotel and hotel.com literally all day, they refunded one of those nights but still charged us for one of the nights. Was not given a refund for the first night even though we did not stay. Will not use hotel.com ever again. And will never stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. The staff recommended that we visit the Hidden Valley Lake while we were in the area.
Pros:

Great service from Judy and the entire staff from check in to check out. Rooms were very comfortable. We were visiting the breaks interstate park and found that this location was very convenient. We will be back when in the Lebanon area
