Un hôtel cinq étoiles qui coche toutes les case : l'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres bien aménagées, la literie confortable, le petit déjeuner est excellent et chose de plus en plus rare, il existe un service de nuit. Les petites attentions sont également très appréciées. A recommander sans hésiter.

Unsafe. One psycho tried to attack me and my kid in breakfast. No security staff came for 20min despite my repeated ask. No security camera in a five star hotel. No appology from the manager

너무 잘이용하였습니아. 바로 몰도 연결되어 있고 직원분들이 엄청 친절하십니다. 진심서비스는 최고였습니다. 늦은밤 출국인데 씻을수 있는 곳도 알려주셔서 체크아웃후에도 헬스장에서 씻을수 있었고 개운하고 비행기 타서 정말 좋았습니다.출장으로 3번째이용중인데 다음에도 이용할예정입니다.
Overall service attitude is good; however, there were many people crowding at the entrance during check-in yesterday, which felt very congested and lacked privacy. The cost I paid at the hotel was higher than on other local platforms
Beautiful view, big bed , clean , big mall next door
객싱은 깨끗하고, 뷰가 상당히 좋았습니다. 특히 쇼핑몰이 함께 있어서 상당히 편하다고 느꼈습니다. 야시장 거리도 그렇게 멀지 않아서 이용하기 좋았습니다.
스카이라운지는 저녁에 꼭 가보시길 추천합니다. 야경이 무척 좋아요.

Cleaning lady was super friendly and professional; always carry a big smile on her face and have the room done perfectly with our clothing folded. Bellboy always greet and open the taxi door/help with luggage.
Breakfast was exceptional here, normally hotel buffet style breakfast is very mediocre and non exciting, but this hotel offers tons of delicious western/local options to choose from(the bread pudding was heavenly). The restaurant also offers awesome service - the attendant even remembers our choice of beverages from the previous day. View of the river was gorgeous and access to mall directly from lobby is very family friendly as the mall has an indoor playground on the second floor(great for families with infant) and food court. Hotel is situated right beside Xiangjiang river and museum which was free to visit. Experience true local life while strolling along the shore of Xiangjiang enjoying the beautiful view, grab a beer from vendors who shows up around 7 pm everyday when not raining. The buildings across river starts LED light show around 7:30 pm everyday, worth every penny to get river view. Definitely would recommend to family and friends!!!!
Hiccups regarding unclear room upgrade pricing during checkin which was resolved day before check out.
I LOVED the extra large 2.7m bed. It was something that I have never seen in hotels before. The staff were excellent as well.
