This is the 1st and only time I stay in this hotel!
Pros:

Only good location, near to imago shopping mall!

Cons:

No carpark for guess
Bad Reception service
Hotel room not so clean (bed cover and bath tower need to replace )
Only I room card provide to guest

It’s bearable
Pros:

Near to shopping mall Imago

Cons:

Dirty bathtub, room wasn’t cleaned (even thought we pay for the service), flies coming out of the sink hole (non stop)

Hopefully the hotel need to upgrade the room and have fully facilities supply.
Pros:

The location was very excellent next to Imago. The parking was very safe.

Cons:

The facilities was abit dissappointing such as the bathroom’s ventilation was not working or maybe broken. The ironing board was old and hard to request due to limited supply. The surrounding was noisy during at night due to renovation and maintenance on going which disturbing our sleeping moment.

Overall its great location and accessible to any shop, just the cleanliness can be improved
Pros:

Its closer to shopping mall and retail shop like orange and 7-11. It also closer to mamak restaurant which is 24hrs open.

We move from deluxe room to family room.
The family room is amazing. Its clean and quite spacious for a family of 5

The bathroom is spacious as well especially the bathtub tub. We love it.

Cons:

The deluxe room abit dusty and the bathtub is rusty, my kids didnt want to use the tub.
We had to use wet tissue just to wipe the room floors and clean it. Because we keep on sneezing non stop in deluxe room.

Then we move to family room. Everything was amazing. I recommend staying in the family room. Its a big difference.

However, I was quite disappointed with the bathroom layout. The shower area is see-through, and guests have to pass through the shower and bathroom area, which is separated by transparent glass, in order to access the toilet.

For a family room, this design lacks privacy and can be uncomfortable, especially when staying with children or family members. A more private bathroom layout would greatly improve the overall experience. The bathroom door doesn’t have any lock, so it can be open anytime

It was ok. The location was great. But I recommend the family room. Its clean and spacious.
Pros:

Its nearby to any shop big and small. Very convenient. Just few steps you can go anywhere closer to imago, closer to 24hr restaurant, closer to 24hr retail shop. Love the location

Cons:

Its just we have to go through stairs (just some steps) first to get to the elevator. Family like us with kids and big luggage is very challenging.

The deluxe room that we checked in was a bit dusty (bcos im sneezing non stop) and the bathtub is kinda rusty and have few mini holes (and its black colour, big contrast with the white colour) and my kids dont want to get in.

Very dusty, stuffy nose every morning due to dust and triggered eczema. Need an upgrade of the room. wall paper all torn out. The bathtub needs to change. I don't dare to use it.

Near to Imago
They have 24hrs mamak restaurant, cafe, kopitiam and laundry downstairs
Location wise it is very strategic and convenient

Cons:

The room is smaller than the picture
The TV remote is not working
Water leak from the shower to our room
No coffee table, only one seater sofa
