50/50 on future stay
Pros:

Staffs at reception are helpful and quite good

Cons:

Floor under sofa are dirty and not cleaned even after the sofe was moved to the side. We can still smell cigarette on the non smoking floor

It was okay for a short stay
Pros:

Location is very strategic. Walking distance to mall. Also variety of restaurants nearby. No need to go far to buy things. Parking also okay la can park at the basement. It is connected to Imago mall.

Cons:

A bit noisy. Maybe because of the hotel location is next to the Imago mall. Plus can hear flight descending down. Also i think the wall is pretty thin. I can hear next room guests singing. They try to do harmony voice but cannot. Their voice is so horrible like a group of frogs calling for rain to fall oh my god.

Pros:

The location is surrounded by blocks of restaurants and convenience shops. The female Chinese receptionist and the male staffs were friendly and full of smiles.

Cons:

The female Malay receptionist who received us upon check-in was not welcoming at all. Housekeeping did not do a thorough job in cleaning the room, especially under the beds and by the window. Discovered piles of dust on our second day. Android TV had no channels at all.

Cons:

My underbed is dusty and not clean when i arrive. The aircon is not cold but bearable. Room is dark and i was charge 5rm per day for a towel. 😅

Great location
Pros:

The location is excellent...very close to Imago Shopping Mall, with plenty of food options and cafes nearby.

Cons:

However, I booked two rooms, and one of them wasn't ready upon arrival. We had to wait about 1½ hours because it was still being cleaned.

There were also some noticeable differences between the two rooms. In one room, the TV was not working at all, the lighting was very dim, the air conditioning was not cold, and the bed was not very comfortable. In the other room, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked well (I understand it had a new Android TV installed), and the air conditioning was cold.

As for cleanliness, I would rate it 2/5, as there is room for improvement.

On a positive note, the reception staff were very friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay.

Regretting the decision to stay in this hotel
Pros:

Only the proximity to Imago mall

Cons:

The aircondition unit was blowing hot and humid air throughout our stay.The tv was not connected to any antennae.Have to use a physical key to enter room.The fridge was not working.
