Since you're asking for a survey feedback thought I ought to share my recent experience with Hotel Seri Malaysia Kangar.
On 3/3 we were expecting to check-in at 15:00. But unfortunately there was a hold up. We only arrived the hotel 21:30.
At 15:00 I called the hotel to update them that there will be a delay. The hotel they least concern on our late arrival.
When we finally arrived at the hotel, we were exhausted. At that time we just wanted to get a shut eye. Upon checking in they inform us that the morning meal (sahur) are only available upon order and shall be send to respective room by 23:00. We didn't thought of it much until later.
We called the front desk at 22:30 wanting to place our order for the morning meal (sahur). They said the order is now closed and the offer was only during checking in.
Here's a thing, which I find they can do BETTER.
To check on guests why the delay of arrival & to enquire for the latest time of arrival. Don't they have the least interest if we ever going make it or not?
Hence, to promote the morning meal (sahur) in advance to guest so guest would have time to decide & make decisions. Having said that, when the hotel were to do so, by asking if we were interested to have the morning meal (sahur) it would eventually made it convenient to us. Knowing there is food for us available. Yes, I am aware there will be extra charges accordingly.
Their situation was, they didn't offer buffer morning meal (sahur) due to the occupancy was less 30 pax that night. Which this is not an issue at all. Also I would like to add. When we enquire how much for the morning meal (sahur) and what is it? They replied with no interest in serving us.
I have travel other locations & staying many hotels. They do provide morning meal (sahur)buffet and I find it very convenient and yes, I paid for the extra changes, which I don't mind.

Basic amenities like hand towels missing. Bf was not available. Doors didn’t close properly.
Location is stated incorrectly as 700m from centre. It is more like 4km from centre. Google Maps and Apple show different locations from the Booking.com interface. Google is correct.
Since we arrived during Ramadan there were no catering services available in the hotel. This should be stated on the booking site.

Pool for my kid. Its good, but no tower.
Firstly, the bathroom door in my room could not be locked, which compromised privacy and comfort. Secondly, despite making multiple requests for replacement towels, none were delivered throughout my stay.
In addition, I found the receptionist to be not very welcoming. The lack of friendliness and basic hospitality made the check-in experience unpleasant. Lastly, there was a power plug in the room that was not functioning, which caused inconvenience when trying to charge my devices.
I hope the management will take these matters seriously and improve the service and facilities to ensure better experiences for future guests.
Hotel cantik, perkakasan & perabot dalam keadaan baik..sangat selesa..akan ke sini lg jika berkunjung ke perlis..

The room Cleanliness and location.
Rm200+ room rate without breakfast provided is unacceptable...have to pay Rm20 for the breakfast and the menu is nothing special..
