The building need to upgrade...

Filthy. Cockroaches in bathroom. Red stains on walls. Stains on bedsheets.

Overall okay. Hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. Comfy enough to sleep but other than that, acceptable. Being the only hotel available in Mersing, little choice but to stay there if you're catching the ferry to tioman.

The staff was friendly and welcoming.The rooms clean and well maintained.Besides that the place is pretty run down and could use some real upgrading.

Proximity to the Beach and town area

I’m amazed the Hotel.com had this as one of their listings. I can say that it’s truly to worst hotel that I have ever stayed in.
The photos are misleading, as they show a very much younger, well kept resort. The hotel is run down, dirty and very hazardous.
It is not safe place, clean or hygiene and clearly there are absolutely no safety measures in place.
The photo says it all.

One night stay only.

old hotel managed pretty well with all the facilities functioning, wifi only works at the lobby reception.
located in quite part of town in from of the green park.

This is the old school hotel. But the hotel located at the Mersing town. So easy to get anything during the trip. Breakfast pack not so bad. Understand during Covid-19 pandemic, the hotel take precaution so that it is under control.

Value for money Budget Hotel stay. Was surprised by the cleanliness and good air conditioning of the room. Breakfast, though with not much variety was with deliciously good.

Property is 1km away from town. That is their only saving grace. Property is seriously outdated, dilapidated and falling apart. Rooms were not cleaned properly and everything in the room was dirty and moldy

Un peu loin du centre. Cet établissement à dû être beau il y a une vingtaine d'années. La plage juste derrière est moche et sans intérêt, du coup l'hôtel aussi. Piscine hors d'utilisation et pas très clean tout comme autour.

I came again to hotel seri malaysia after 10 years..iam really dispointed.. they didnt clean my room properly.. a lot of coackroach ( dead coack) everywhere..they didnt clean rubbish from previous clients..
Really dissapointed.. pls pls... improve ur services.. the location is very good.. near to the beach.. n from room, u can see the beach..

So... pls make something before other clients make complaint like me..

1. Penyambut tetamu kurang mesra. Pertanyaan dijawab acuh x acuh.
2. Kawasan tangga hujung bangunan kotor tidak dijaga.
3. Tandas dalam bilik tidak dibersihkan. Terdapat air kencing meleleh di kawasan jamban.
4. Langsir koyak.
5. Tuala mandi dah reput.
6. Makanan kurang enak. Sarapan pada jam 8.30 makanan sudah habis. Tidak buat penambahan.

dirty hotel, staff that does not speak english, we even found lizard eggs in the room. yellow water came out of the bathroom.

Staff not cooperative. No helpers to carry luggage. Very bad and limited breakfast.

awful. but cheap, so I suppose you get what you pay for.
