Is good if the hotel can improve related to bath room and can add more food for breakfast. Overall is ok.

Pros:

The food was good..but i dont like the equipment such as phone that is not working.. The carpet was itchy..the heater always tripped when we have hot shower

1. bedsheets was smelly and dirty.
2. the toilet are clogged.
3. There’s insect in the room.
4. swimmingpool are very small and cant occupied for all the guests.
5. staff are not friendly especially when received complaint from us.

Hope Seri Malaysia Port Dickson management look at this matters.

The location of the hotel is good...near to Saturday night market and the beach...dissapoint with the answer by receptionist simply tell us there are no wifi even they give us wifi password...expedia must tell right info about the hotel if there are no wifi in each room...i felt a bit disappointed because i request large bed but i got twin bed...the receptionist tell me that there are several room only hv double bed...the toilet is a bit dirty ..I thought when i asked housekeeping to clean my room it become more clean but i can see dirt in my toilet sink...the breakfast is just ok because there are not many choices food...overall i can say it just ok...
