Hotel Seri Malaysia - going down the drain!

Overall service was bad. I ordered buffet for Ramadhan. The prawn used was old and the soup too salty. It was terrible. The cafe staff name Sabri, refuse to arrange our dining table into one long row because it will be difficult for the cafe team to do cleaning. I lost my wallet. I call up the front table. Mr Faiz told me that if the lost is more than 2 days, it is considered lost. I have to force him to double check. Obviously, the staff running this hotel will endure loyal customer like me, will STOP GOING TO HOTEL SERI MALAYSIA!!!
