From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that buses cannot be parked within the property. Buses can be parked along the road in front of the building.

The place was clean and the staff was very attentive.

Cons:

The bed is not in good condition. Very old bed. Got leaking from the bidet, and most of the equipment is not properly maintained.

Staff was very attentive and tried their very best to provide their best service and hospitality. Ample parking spot.

Cons:

Not elderly friendly. it was a 2 floor building with no lift/elevator. imagine bringing your parents to this place. Thank god we only need to climb 1 floor up. imagine a few floor of stair climbing with your parent. Horrible toilet. Too worn out and too old kind of smells too. This is not the kind of toilet i expect from a hotel. Dirty bed, we found hairs on our bed. we were from a very long journey and arrived around 11pm. just wish to have a good bed and shower after a long journey. But truly disappointed. hope your side could improve on this.

change the mattress and the stay will be wonderful.
Pros:

Location was good. Smack in the town center and easy access to food and transportation. (bus station)

Cons:

The mattress was so old and badly used over time. The spring curved in the middle and did not support good body posture for sleeping. Toilet bowl was very old with stain from wear and tear. The mattress is really the negative point of this hotel.

Pros:

Suasana dan makanan yang sedap di cafe Hotel.

Cons:

Aircond di bilik 226 perlu di servis kerana kurang sejuk dan Aircond bilik perlu ditukar kepada 2 HP kerana Aircond 1 HP tidak dapat menyejukkan ruang bilik hotel tersebut.
