Please note that children are not allowed at the Raffles Club. Children over 12 years old will have access subject to full rate and only if accompanied by an adult.

Breakfast and dinner packages include open-buffet breakfast at Rocca Restaurant, chef's choice dinner with 3-course set menu including unlimited soft drinks at Rocca Restaurant. (alcoholic drinks are excluded) Please note that guests need to make reservation for dinner.

Pet Policy;
• Raffles Istanbul will accept pets (dogs) which are vaccinated and “house trained”.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the guest room or around hotel premises.
• All pets apart from guide dogs are not allowed in the lobby, restaurants, bars, as well as at the pool areas and sports center.
• Please be informed that only dogs of 5 kgs or less are accepted in the hotel.
• If there are any damages to the room walls or room features then it will be charged to the guest.
• Pet Policy form needs to be signed upon arrival.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. إقامة فاخرة جداً، الغرف واسعة ونظيفة، والخدمة ممتازة من جميع الموظفين. الإطلالة على المدينة رائعة، والموقع المرتبط بالمول كان مريحاً للغاية

الأسعار داخل الفندق مرتفعة نسبياً، والموقع بعيد قليلاً عن الأماكن السياحية، كما لاحظت أن درج القهوة يحتاج إلى مزيد من العناية بالنظافة

Very polite staff, available to solve anything at any moment.

Cons:

I believe the space for hair, nails, and makeup could be elevated to better reflect the luxury standards associated with a Raffles-level experience. In my opinion, it currently falls short of that benchmark, and enhancing it would help maintain the overall level of excellence expected.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Raffles Istanbul.
The hospitality was exceptional, the room had a beautiful view, and the staff were incredibly warm and professional. The service quality was truly outstanding.

What made our stay unforgettable was that before check-in, they had already prepared the room for my wife’s birthday. The decorations were elegant, and they surprised us with a cake, a gift, and a birthday card — all far beyond my expectations.

They genuinely turned our stay into the best experience we have ever had in Istanbul.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team and management for this amazing hospitality. We will never forget it.
A very special thank you to the Director of Rooms, Mr. Kadir Kalay, for his exceptional coordination and attention to detail.
