Pet Policy;
• Raffles Istanbul will accept pets (dogs) which are vaccinated and “house trained”.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the guest room or around hotel premises.
• All pets apart from guide dogs are not allowed in the lobby, restaurants, bars, as well as at the pool areas and sports center.
• Please be informed that only dogs of 5 kgs or less are accepted in the hotel.
• If there are any damages to the room walls or room features then it will be charged to the guest.
• Pet Policy form needs to be signed upon arrival.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. Exceptional Stay at Raffles Istanbul
I am finishing my stay at Raffles Istanbul, and I can confidently say this has been one of the finest hotel experiences in many years of travel.
From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The welcome was warm and professional, luggage was handled immediately, and the attention to detail continued throughout the stay. I was upgraded to a Corner Premier room with a Bosphorus view, which made the experience even more special. The panoramic view, fresh orchids in the room, luxurious bedding, excellent water pressure, heated bathroom floors, pillow selection, and thoughtful amenities created a true sense of comfort.
The hotel stands out in the details — fresh baklava and fruit replenished daily, elegant sleep amenities, beautifully designed robes, and twice-daily housekeeping done flawlessly.
A special thank you to Merve, the Head Butler, whose professionalism and care were exceptional. One evening, a bath was prepared at my request with salts and herbs — a beautifully arranged ritual.
I also appreciated the integrity shown by the hotel when I sent a delicate Hermès silk scarf for cleaning. The team chose not to use aggressive chemicals to protect the fabric and did not charge me since the stains could not be fully removed. This level of honesty and respect for a guest’s belongings reflects true luxury standards.
Breakfast was outstanding — extensive à la carte options, fresh juices, excellent buffet selection, and croissants comparable to France.
Having everything within the Zorlu complex — dining, shopping, meetings — made the stay incredibly convenient.
I have stayed in many premium hotels around the world, and Raffles Istanbul truly stands out. I will definitely return.

Raffles Istanbul exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern luxury with a warm and elegant atmosphere. The rooms are extremely spacious, spotless, and offer stunning views of the city.
The staff were outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming at every moment. Breakfast and cleaning service was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality options, and the location is perfect, directly connected to a luxury shopping mall and close to major attractions.
Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly premium experience in Istanbul.

From the moment you arrive, you feel like you’ve entered a world of calm sophistication. The hotel is immaculate, beautifully designed, and effortlessly blends modern luxury with warmth and comfort. Every corner feels curated, from the stunning lobby to the spacious suites and breathtaking city views.
The rooms are exceptionally spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms are indulgent, and the attention to detail is outstanding. You truly feel pampered without anything feeling forced or excessive.
A special thank you to Rooms Director Qadir, and to the incredible Butler Service and Butler Management team, especially Lale and her team. Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our stay truly exceptional and unforgettable. The level of care and personalised service was beyond impressive.
Although we did not use the spa, our experience throughout the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Everything from the atmosphere to the service reflected true five-star excellence.
Thank you also for the beautiful Hamam gift items set. It was such a thoughtful and elegant gesture that added a special touch to our stay.

Современный отель с хорошим местоположением у нашего любимого торгового центра в Стамбуле - Зорлу. Много раз бывали в этом ТЦ, видели отель, захотели в нем попробовать остановиться. Тем более у дочери был день рождения, а в Зорлу находится ресторан Сахалин, который нам нравится в Москве. Большая благодарность отелю, прекрасно поздравили дочь с днём рождения. В номере нас ждали воздушные шарики, красивое пирожное и приятные сувениры. Было очень приятно. Ну а в остальном отель скорее не оправдал ожидания. Номер великолепный, просторный, с хорошим видом и балконом. Но для такого уровня отеля очень бедный бар, завтраки тоже достаточно скромные. Очень красивая зона лобби, но на этажах как-то очень сдержанно . Сложилось впечатление, что отель только для деловых мужчин. В том же баре ограниченный выбор напитков, в основном виски. Для девочек практически ничего. До этого несколько ночей жили в Address, так там в баре даже ликер St. Germen нашелся. И как-то в Address уютнее что-ли. В целом все неплохо, но если вспомнить о цене, соотношение цена -качество не устраивает. Стоимость одной ночи в этом отеле даже чуть выше, чем три ночи в Address, где нам понравилось больше. Скорее всего, больше не вернемся.
I was absolutely blown away by my stay at Raffles Istanbul. I’ve been fortunate to visit many top‑tier luxury hotels around the world, but this one truly stands out in every possible way, from the exceptional service to the food and the kindness of every staff member. It genuinely sets the benchmark for what a five‑star experience should be.
The hotel’s location is excellent,very central, attached to an upscale shopping centre, and feels extremely secure.
The interiors are stunning, with elegant Ottoman‑inspired design and modern touches that give it real character. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite, and as one of our family members was celebrating a retirement, the team surprised us with champagne, balloons, and thoughtful keepsakes in the room. It was such a lovely gesture that made the occasion feel truly special.
We arranged our transfer through the hotel and were met with a spotless BMW i5. From the moment we arrived, the concierge team, especially Erdem Gürcan, went above and beyond. He handled our inquiries with professionalism and warmth and even organized a private full‑day tour of Istanbul. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and helped us see more of the city in one day than we would have in three. (A small bit of feedback, the guide seemed eager for us to stop at certain shops, which I understand may be tied to commissions, so it’s perhaps something for the hotel to review with their tour partners.)
We also booked a sunset Bosphorus cruise through the concierge, and it was honestly one of the best tours we’ve done anywhere, incredible value, beautifully arranged, and absolutely unforgettable.
Breakfast was another highlight. The spread was huge, with both Turkish and international options, and the team kept encouraging us to try traditional dishes like menemen and Turkish coffee. Every single interaction felt genuine, thoughtful, and warm.
Our trip started off rough with a flight cancellation, but everything at Raffles Istanbul more than made up for it. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough,if you’re visiting Istanbul and want something exceptional, just book it.
Raffles Istanbul is a comfortable, high standard hotel located within Zorlu Center Shopping Mall. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast quality and service are almost excellent. In room services are delivered with a warm and attentive approach, creating a genuinely personalized feeling. Overall, the hotel offers a consistent and well executed level of hospitality.
