Outstanding! We will be back.
Pros:

Excellent selection of well-prepared food! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The restaurant opened at 7 AM. We arrived two minutes early because we needed to get back on the road early. The buffet food was not out on display yet, so we had to wait a few minutes. They got it all out and uncovered very quickly and apologized. They were dealing with a staff member late to arrive.

All amenities should be explained at booking, not after it’s too late to cancel.
Pros:

Liked the pools. Easy to get to. Staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

Not happy that they told us after our deadline to cancel that the breakfast we pre-paid for was going to be a grab and go bag at check out instead of the dining room. No one told us at time of booking that the main dining room isn’t open on Monday and Tuesday. It never used to be this way when we’ve stayed in the past.

food was exceptional, not what you’d expect. price was good. multiple pools, multiple places to eat and a tower for the views. i’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and i’d definitely return back to this one.

Pros:

Has easy drive up unloading and several luggage carts.. 2 adult pools and a kiddie pool outside And an indoor pool and hot tub. Bed was very comfortable

Cons:

No standard ice machine in the tower— each room has a mini ice maker you pour water into, but very difficult to make sure persona with bad intentions havent left something in it.. and a suite needs more than a tiny mini fridge
