Pros:

Great hotel! Clean room, thorough cleaning, very friendly staff, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Termini station, good air conditioning in the room, there is a very good breakfast, if necessary, you can order a transfer to the airport.

Pros:

The location of the property was perfect very close to Termini train station. Especially when your flight is at night, there are direct night buses to termini from fuimincino airport. The room was a little small but very clean, the host was very nice. The breakfast was good. It was well value for money. Special thanks Miss Fani.

Das Personal war super nett die Lage ist absolut top genau in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof Termini wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon auf dem man was außergewöhnlich ist sogar rauchen konnte das Frühstück wird einen aufs Zimmer gebracht von einer ganz lieben netten Dame ganz schön also wirklich top

Excelente alojamiento
Pros:

Muy práctico y cumple con todo lo que se muestra. Espectacular para ver Roma y su cercanía a la estación y las paradas de bus son sin duda un elemento a destacar. Muy amable el chico joven de la recepción que nos ayudó con todo.

The area is very convenient, close to Termini.

Cons:

It’s important to keep things in perspective. I paid over 135 euros per night. This is a one-star hotel. For that price, you’d expect a higher standard of quality, even during Rome’s peak season.
- The room was extremely small
- The breakfast was very basic and exactly the same every day (no hot food, just bread and pastries)
- The bathroom light caused a short circuit when I first entered the room. They fixed it in the afternoon.
- The elevator didn’t work on two of the four days I was there.
