The condo was clean and comfortable. Good location with a trail by the river.
The guests above us were extremely loud. Our condo was nice, but I like staying on the other side where the river backs to the back deck. The outside of the buildings could use a little updating.
We checked in 4pm and returned at 10pm to find the unit directly below us moving furniture , lamps stereo equipment and household items into there unit . This went on into 2am in the morning . They had little regard for us , loud . No AC so windows had to be open . 2 cars made several trips as others arranged the unit .
I got 3 hrs of sleep and we checked out around 9PM . I coontacted the management company Alderwood Group requesting a rrefund for the second night not wanting to chance they do this again the following night . They told me I had to contact Booking .com . I have tried emailing to you what I sent to them with no luck. I called you and got the AI generated message . Ileft one and have not heard back . I need a good email address to send to you what I sent them . Please send !

The unit was so clean and beautiful! The porch was so nice to sit on in the mornings and evening and everything was so well stocked. We highly recommend!

Twin Rivers is located on the Frazier River in Frazier, Colorado. Excellent value for the money. Spacious, well maintained property close to shopping, outdoor activities, and great restaurants.

When we arrived, our room had not been cleaned. Julie responded quickly and moved us to another unit that was clean and larger than our original reservation.
The river walk is a must. You migjt be lucky and see some wildlife! The apartment was nicely set up, with everything you need and more. Great place for every season!
