Pros:

Wir sind mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern angereist, wobei jeder selbst gebucht hatte.
Es wurde toll vom Personal an der Rezeption mitgedacht. Wir bekamen direkt die Zimmer nebeneinander auf einer Etage.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Auch beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen.
Ausserdem waren die Zimmer trotz Baustelle neben dem Hotel sehr ruhig.

Pros:

早上十點多抵達寄放行李，沒想到櫃檯直接讓我們入住，對於千里迢迢來的住客是一大福音！

Cons:

第一次入住一切都很好，但是同樣一行人隔了一個多禮拜第二次入住時突然被要求要登記信用卡做為押金，而且在訂房過程完全沒有寫到這個規則，旁邊的歐洲人卻沒有被要求，不禁令人懷疑是否歧視亞洲人，令人非常不舒服，

Great location near the main train station and a tram stop. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms were very comfortable and modern. Staff were so nice.

Cons:

The bathroom setup in the room is a bit strange. There's no bathroom door. The shower is a non-frosted glass door. The toilet has a frosted glass door. But they're open into the bedroom. Ok if you're travelling with your partner, but no privacy for showering if you're travelling with anyone else.

Relax in munchen
Pros:

Torno sempre molto volentieri in questo hotel perché dopo un lungo viaggio in auto lo staff è sempre molto disponibile e accogliente. L’auto si parcheggia in modo semplice e la colazione è varia e gustosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’up grade in camera con divano molto comodo per lo Smart working

Kun haluat hyvän ja siistin majoituskohteen lähellä palveluita, niin tämä hotelli on hyvä valinta.
Pros:

Lähellä rautatieasemaa ja keskustaa. Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu. Hotellihuoneet siistit ja hiljainen huone.
