Soweit ganz ok, aber Achtung! Beschränkungen beim Parken.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett bequem. Das Bad überraschte mit einer "Dreiteilung" in Toilette (Glastürabschluss), Waschbeckenraum und große Dusche (mit Hand- und Regendusche, ausgezeichnet funktionierend!).
Wer beim Buchen aufgepasst hat, weiß, dass das Hotel zwar kein Restaurant hat, aber einen Drink kann man auch in der kleinen Lobby zu sich nehmen.
Übrigens: Obwohl direkt an der durchaus gut befahrenenen Schwanthaler Straße gelegen, konnte ich keinerlei Staßenlärm im Zimmer feststellen..

Cons:

na ja, wer beim Buchen aufgepasst hat, der weiß natürlich dann auch, dass die hoteleigene Tiefgarage mit ihren Triplex-Parkplätzen für größere Pkw's ungeeignet ist. Ein echter Mangel, wie ich meine. Ich hatte nicht aufgepasst und musste nun zu meinem Unwillen mein Auto in einem der vielen Parkhäuser in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs unterbringen (Fußmarsch so um die 500m) Ging zwar dann ganz ok, war aber doch ausgesprochen lästig.

Guter Aufenthalt mit Luft nach oben
Pros:

Gute Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt

Cons:

Es war im Zimmer zu warm. Auf Nachfrage stehe die Klimaanlage noch auf heizen, daher kann es nicht kälter gemacht werden. Schade.

Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen- top!- die Lage ist spitze, wenn man mit dem Zug anreisen möchte.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, die Einrichtung ansprechend, klar und sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück bot alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Hervorragende Produkte und sehr nettes, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Lage ist für Bahnreisende perfekt. Zwischen Theresienwiese (Cirque du Soleil) und Zentrum (Marienplatz) ist alles bequem zu Fuß zu bewältigen.

Cons:

Ich habe nichts, was ich in diesem Bereich schreiben könnte. Es war alles absolut perfekt.
