If you come for the exhibition, you'll find it's a nice place in a good location.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us as it was just a 15-minute tube ride to the exhibition centre. There were also a lot of nice restaurants around. The biggest advantage was the hotel staff, who were always happy to help with any query.

Cons:

Everything was fine. But maybe the iron in the room would be a good decision.

Удобное расположение отеля к выставочному центру, к станции метро.
Pros:

Персонал вежливый, дружелюбный, всегда готов помочь, пойти навстречу. Завтрак достаточный и вкусный.

Cons:

Номер пропах сигаретами, очень сильный запах, хотя значился как некурящий. Персонал пошел навстречу и заменил номер.

Pour moi tres bien situé proche de Istambul Fair centre.
Et également facile de arriver au centre ville.
Personnelle a reception tres bien et attentive.
Petit déjeuner bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Changement de mon réservation dernière jour avant de arriver, mais rien grave. Au lieu de deux chambres connecté ils sont me donner deux chambres coté à côté, pour moi pas de soucis.

The staff tried to help, although they did not solve the problem

Cons:

Despite clearly requesting a non-smoking room, I was given a smoking room that smelled very strongly of cigarettes. Later it turned out that they couldn’t change my room because all the others were fully booked.

Secondly, the room was quite hot, and the air conditioning did not work on cooling mode. I was told that it only works for heating. When I tried to open the window, the noise from the street was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep.

There were even earplugs left on the bedside table, which clearly shows that the hotel is aware of how noisy it is.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und gut mit dem Bus und der Bahn erreichbar.

В номере был толстый слой пыли на горизонтальных поверхностях. При этом полотенца и постельное бельё были чистые. Это говорит о том, что номер давно не использовался.
