Cons:

Went with a friend
Each had our children
The room had 1 large bed
And 3 trundle single size beds
Was absolutely not what I thought I was booking.
Was absolutely not a $600+ room
When booking I selected the option to have 2 large beds, images made it look like it was a 2 bedroom
Owner was lovely but nothing he could really do to help
I have always booked through booking.com but going forward I will never use booking.com and will always booked through direct

Would stay again and recommend to others.
Pros:

Great value for money. Other amenities close by. Car behind secure gate. Large suite with HUGE modern bathroom. Clean with good water pressure. Comfortable bed and lots of space. Staff were friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay a great one.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay.

Pros:

It’s worth every one of its 4.5 star rating. It’s clean, the rooms are spacious, staff is helpful & obliging and the location is ideal.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Classy place that needs a lot of TLC
Pros:

The location was lovely and convenient. Close to shops and cafés. The room was spacious and comfortable with all essential amenities. The staff when available, were really friendly.

Cons:

The pool and gym were both very dirty. I had to clean the pool myself for a swim, and even then, it was quite slimy at the bottom. Breakfast buffet advertised is weekend only and was packed away long before 10am on the Saturday. Front desk is unmanned most of the time, so getting an answer to a question takes about 12hrs if u call the number given. For the price paid, this was all very disappointing.
