The air conditioning in the room doesn’t blow cold air and there were no fans as alternative even though advertised on hotel website

The hotel, in general, is very good, but the biggest problem with it - the internet - is constantly intermittent. Sometimes there is no internet

It’s in minus floor hard to breathe I just took shower and left I can’t stay there

Overall good. Better to have breakfast starting at 7.45 am, rather than at 8 am

Oda ve temizlik sorunu yaşamadım. oda konforlu. yalnız üst katta kaldım. belki o yüzden su tazyiği çok zayıf.duş almak çok zor. bu konuda otel yardımcı olmadı.sokak çok canlı bir sokak.gürültü vardı.kapının kart okumasında sorun vardı,defalarca resepsiyona kart düzenlemesi için geri indim. kahvaltı yeterli ve güzeldi.temizlik sorunu yoktu. bulunduğu sokak yokuş. otel de tam yokuş üzerinde. belki yaya iseniz zor olabilir.

Resepsiyondaki görevli yardımcı olmaya çalışan bir yaklaşım içerisindeydi ancak otelin durumu vasattı. Kahvaltı ortalama ancak temizlik iyi sayılmazdı.

Das Personal war ok. Uns wurde bei Informationen weiter geholfen. Kulanz oder so gibt es nicht da nicht. Kunden Zufriedenheit ist nicht deren Geschäft es geht sich nur ums Geld. Die Zimmer waren sehr dreckig und das Bett ungemütlich. Also nochmal würde ich da definitiv nicht hin. Das Frühstück sehr schwach. Lieber ein anderes Hotel ganz ehrlich.

Odalar temiz fakat otelde çok fazla arap pakistanlı turist vardı. Otelde personel eksikliği var fakat genel olarak verilen paraya göre iyi bir hizmet aldık

Oda temizlenmemişti ve odalarda suyun dısında herhangi bir içecek ve yiyecek yoktu.

Resepsiyon görevlisi çok iticiydi ve oteli beğenmedim

The location the employees and as well the place is clean

I needed to change the reservation to two nights later and the manager would not allow it. Customer service not impressive.

Great customer service! Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and we were provided with everything we need! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul. Also, the location is very convenient. Close to a mall and short distances to touristic areas.

Come struttura e bella e pulita,poi a mangiare lacolazion non mi e piaciuta,era solo i cibi turchi,non europea,poi quando sono arrivata mi volevano fare l’albergo di nuovo,gli ho fatto vedere il email della conferma che e pagata ,facevano finta di non capire, e come scusa mi hanno detto parli domani mattina a parlare con il direttore,mi e capitato anche negli negozi questo comportamento,cercano di fregarti!
