We love the location and all the amenities the neighborhood has to offer

Cons:

Unit & furniture was a bit dated, the lock to the main sliding door out to the patio was broken so there was a piece of wood used to prevent the slider from opening - the unit was on the ground level so felt paranoid about always checking to make sure it was closed properly.

Pros:

Give the building and correct unit number. I got a 3 digit unit number that not even the staff at the clubhouse knew. They couldn’t help us and I had to go around putting in the 6 digit code at every unit in every building. It was very frustrating and no one was answering the phone.

Comfortable beds. You might want to bring your own pillows if picky on that. Dated, but clean. Rec center has heated pool and big outdoor hot tubs. Kitchen stocked with basics utensils for cooking. Spacious. Easy parking. Loved having 2 full bathrooms!

Pros:

The condo is older but well maintained. Everything works and was clean. The main problem we had we the extreme dryness on a very cold weekend. This is just a high altitude problem in general, but it would be nice if the unit had a humidifier. The ridge club is nice for the outdoor hot tubs.

Pros:

Overall nice stay, good location. We never received the check in email with answer code and required multiple calls to the emergency line to locate the unit and gain access. Otherwise nice property with basics but a little dated. Would be good for a small family.

The condo was lovely! Very clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Our particular condo was drafty. Several windows didn’t seal well and the wind slipped through.

The unit served our purpose. It was very functional and the beds were comfortable. The club amenities were very good. Overall our unit was very worn. We had several small annoyances like: The skillet was scratched and despite calling to request a replacement during our stay, we did not hear back from management and had to purchase a new one to use. Provided fire logs did not ignite easily. No matches/lighter in the unit. No coffee filters for the coffeemaker (we left a stack in the unit for future guests). Spotty WiFi

Nothing. This property doesn't exist. The address listed must have the correct GPS coordinates, but the address listed doesn't exist. Talked to a person that lives in a condo there and he said the addresses do not follow the numbering that was in the listing.

The listed phone # reached an answering machine stating that I was calling after hours even at mid day. Kept receiving texts, but if I tried replying to them I got message we can't accept texts. This property listing is a total scam. Booking,com please do not list this property again. Keep people from getting scammed out of there money.

Pros:

Nice place, a little dated but everything was maintained well and working. You have to type slowly on the keypad to get in. Comfortable beds, good heat, plenty of hot water, it was all good. The ridge club was nice for hot tubs after skiing. The purple line bus has a stop right in the parking lot in front of the unit making it easy to get to the ski resort and back without parking hassles. Get the lift rider app to see the schedule and live bus locations.
