Tired, drab room in desperate need of refreshing; not ADA-accessible.
Pros:

Location was fine. Kitchen area was small but well equipped.

Cons:

Completely inaccessible for disabled person - one has to enter via a flight of stairs before checking in. And after checking in but before having a room key, we could get into the garage but not from the garage into the building. Intercom broken - obviously not recently. Called to ask about EV charging, was assured it existed; wasn't told it was max 2 hours or that 1 of 3 chargers was not working. Our room was tired and worn (a tear in the headboard!) and everything was stiff and hard to operate -- the bathroom door, the bathroom faucets, light switches. We had a lamp with a broken cord - that was a fire hazard. We borrowed DVDs from the front desk but realized we had no DVD player in the room. Maintenance guy came and fixed that as well as the lamp - said the only new thing in the room was the TV, which we had to SIGN IN to watch! (And I mean to watch anything, not apps.) How useless. And we had a family emergency and had to leave a day early; front desk night clerk said go through Booking.com for a refund but when Booking asked the hotel, he said they would say yes; as you may have guessed, the hotel did not say yes. I wasn't surprised by that but I didn't appreciate being lied to. Overall would most definitely NOT recommend.

I won't be back.
Pros:

Restaurant was closed when we needed it.

Cons:

Stayed in the villas. The development is very warn and not very well maintained. the unit was in bad shape

We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again enjoy the pool, so relaxing and peaceful such a great place to stay
Pros:

The property was very beautiful with lots of palm, trees and wonderful pools, and a great restaurant within the property called Spencer’s, which was very good stuff at the front. Desk was wonderful and accommodating for early check-in very clean and a lot of wonderful things to do on the property.

Our stay was very nice
Pros:

Older beautiful property, clean and well maintained.
Last time we stayed in a little bungalow style room with a little front patio and a nice view of the mountains. We enjoy staying in this property

Stay was good check-in was a little awkward.

Cons:

Property was good and well kept up. Check-in was awkward because my husband booked the room on booking.com. The staff at check-in question the fact that he was not there. It was a getaway for the ladies that did stay for two nights. This may check in very uncomfortable.
