Cons:

Für 5 Personen hat ein Bett gefällt und es war auch nur für 5 Personen 4 Kissen und Decken vorhanden. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche hat getropft. Zu wenig Geschirr und teilweise schmutzig.

I stayed for four nights in the Annex and had a flight booked for early hours Friday at the beginning of the week I spoke to somebody at the desk they said that’s fine ‘We will call you a taxi when you do check out’. When I came to do this at around 330am on the 12th of September, a man met me this man was originally sleeping. I woke him up give him the key explained I was checking out and very clear instructions and would he call me a taxi? This man refused. He would not call the manager, he would not call a taxi, he would not call the police. I was desperate and crying and trying to phone the police as I felt intimidated by him. He kept trying to sit with me and make me have a cigarette with him - I was desperate to leave for my early hour flight at 06:00in Larnaca.

I tried to use goofle translate and spoke cypriote and greek with him but he would not call me help. In the end he made me travel with him to the airport, walked to the bank with me and leant over me and took money from my account, there will also be cctv of this in the airport.

I felt unsafe, scared for my life, extortion and intimidation.

Goed verblijf op prachtige locatie.
Pros:

De locatie, fijne ligging. In de omgeving prachtige stranden te vinden op loopafstand of een aantal minuten met de auto.

Cons:

-Deurklink van de badkamer liet los.
-De hoofdkussens waren klein en plat.
-Verder was wat aankleding voor de sfeer zoals een schilderij gezellig geweest.
-Het appartement zou meer frisheid uitstralen als kapotte items, zoals een lampenkap in de slaapkamer vervangen zou worden (Er zat een gat in).

Verder een prachtige plek voor een fijn appartement.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν αρκετά καλό,ευχάριστο προσωπικό προσιτές τιμές στα φαγητά.

Cons:

Δεν μέναμε σε δωμάτιο του ξενοδοχείου που εκεί φαίνεται αρκετά καλό αλλα δίπλα στο διαμέρισμα, αρκετά παλιό θέλει οπωσδήποτε ανακαίνιση. Ο υπεύθυνος εκεί ενα πολύ καλό παιδί που προσπαθεί πραγματικά να σε ευχαριστήσει αλλα προσπαθεί να το ανακινήσει σιγά σιγα αφού φέτος το αναλαβε..

Great staff and pool area

Cons:

Rooms very dated. Damaged cupboards, toilet seat faulty, outside area disgusting, not enough plates, cutlery, or cups, no plugs for sink or bath. Air con only in bedroom

Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό. Ο υπεύθυνος ήταν πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Σαν να είμαστε φίλοι από παλιά. Πήγα πολλές φορές αλλά σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω.

Loved seeing all the friendly faces again. Another fabulous week away and look forward to our next visit
Pros:

Great location near to everything. Rooms clean and all you need in them. Well equipped. Excellent pool and poolside bar. Staff are more like friends and family. So helpful and lovely with nothing too much trouble. Great atmosphere and so relaxing. Love returning to a special place for us. Highly recommend for a chilled out break. Nicos , George and all the staff are amazing.

Cons:

There is nothing about the property you couldn’t like. Well worth a visit if you haven’t already done so.

Harry’s Cyprus trip 2025
Pros:

An excellent place to stay. All of the staff were very helpful, the apartment was spacious and clean, the swimming pool and surrounding area was well maintained, food and drinks were available and my experience there was delightful. Friendliness is the order of the day there and I would fully recommend DebbeiXenia to any traveller wishing to spend a carefree holiday in Cyprus.

Pros:

A lovely family run apartment block with very attentive and helpful staff. They met all our needs with pleasure and were extremely friendly.
The rooms are basic but extremely clean and beds were comfortable.
