Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό. Ο υπεύθυνος ήταν πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Σαν να είμαστε φίλοι από παλιά. Πήγα πολλές φορές αλλά σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω.

An excellent place to stay. All of the staff were very helpful, the apartment was spacious and clean, the swimming pool and surrounding area was well maintained, food and drinks were available and my experience there was delightful. Friendliness is the order of the day there and I would fully recommend DebbeiXenia to any traveller wishing to spend a carefree holiday in Cyprus.

A lovely family run apartment block with very attentive and helpful staff. They met all our needs with pleasure and were extremely friendly.
The rooms are basic but extremely clean and beds were comfortable.

Yet another great stay stay at Debbiexenia apartments . Great location in quieter area of Pernera , 300m from beautiful Kalamies beach . Rooms a little dated but cleaned each day, fresh bedding and towels every 2-3 days . Good sized pool with new sunbeds this season . All in all a fantastic family run place . Thanks Nicos , George and the girls , until next time 😎🤘

A very enjoyable stay at Debbie Xenia from the minute we walked thru the entrance door they couldn’t do enough for us and will definitely be returning next year thank you .

The studio apartment was very spacious with extra touches that made it very comfortable. The place is situated where it is very peaceful. The air con is really effective . The staff are fab. The pool area is lovely. Just some feedback for consideration. Mugs and tea towels in the kitchen would be helpful. Appreciate work is ongoing before the high season - so tightening the straps on the base of the lounge chairs would be helpful to include and sorting the humming noise that is seemingly coming from the lift when its breezy.

Situazione accettabile per una due notti, la struttura necessita di ristrutturazione, specialmente nel bagno , il wc è molto scomodo, ,posizionato tra il muro e la vasca, non c'è spazio per muoversi.
I vetri delke finestre erano decisamente sporchi,.
Le note positive, il letto molto comodo e nonostante l'hotel sia affacciato sulla piazza del.paese, con taverne e bar è ben insonorizzata.
Riassumendo rapporto qualità prezzo accettabile per 1/2 notti.

Stayed here for 10 days in a large ground floor apartment, spacious, with all the basics, no problems, air con in bedroom only (which was fine) self catering but we ate out so can’t comment on that side of things. Decent shower, nothing flashy, but no problems at all there
Its a 3 star hotel, basic clean, comfortable , modern flashy interiors? No, but I didn’t come to admire fancy bathroom shower heads, I came to enjoy Cyprus!
Clean comfy beds, yes. Decent shower, yes! Perfect!
The hotel is situated in a quiet area, so perfect for us.
Staff absolutely wonderful, a family run hotel, cannot fault anyone, really friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people.
Pool is perfect, nice and quiet, clean, plenty of sun beds- not elbow to elbow so room to relax!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and already looking to return! A real little gem!

Just had a nice stay here at the hotel . Booked flight and hotel separately. Room on 2nd floor . Nice and clean ,might be a bit dated but fine for what we needed good size pool . They serve breakfast but we did not use that service. 2 min walk to kalamies beach n yiu can walk the boardwalk to other pernera beaches . Or take the bus to protaras or nissi Beach. Quiet at night time so no problems at all .

結論　ありですかね。値段的にお得感あり．ベッドルームのは最強のエアコンありますが、リビング　kitchen にはありません。3階の部屋だつたので窓全開で風通しはよかった。バルコニーもあり　展望は最高　自炊もできる　家族連れには最適　プールサイドも広々　問題はwifiでした。部屋ではつがなりにくく　レストランでは問題ありませんでした。スタッフも親切おすすめのホテルです。

I stayed for 10 days, unfortunately I was unwell for 5 of them (nothing to do with the hotel though) - I loved the apartment I had as it was extremely spacious! The only thing that I felt let the whole experience down was that the room wasn't cleaned on a daily basis which is not the best when you can't flush the toilet paper away every time you pay a visit!!! Having said that it didn't ruin the holiday - all the staff were friendly and accommodating, it was only a five minute stroll to a lovely beach. It was quiet which was exactly what I needed when I wasn't feeling my best. I would recommend for a nice fly and flop holiday, as long as you don't require luxury .

Ooooo this was a ruff old Ken, dogs trust wouldn't even venture here, pool was full of wildlife one point I thought I was in the river Amazon , dead cats everywhere never tried the food thankfully , or and you have to pay for air con which smells like a thousand ****holes

This is an old hotel but it’s very clean we stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and had a panoramic view of the sea. Which you would normally pay a fortune for. We stayed for 10 night staff where lovely, we arrived at 6am and the lady said as long as we was quiet could get in the pool, we didn’t but it was great to be offered. Bin was taken each day and house keeping every 2 days with clean towel et, we didn’t cook in our room but we never would so wasn’t a problem for us. There is only 2 rings no toaster and microwave but that didn’t bother us. The fridge and freezer worked fine. There is no safe in the room but there was In reception. We could always get a sunbed but only had 2 days by the pool because the beach is so close. 5mins or less to walk to, a lovely beach with all water sports and restaurants lifeguard. We eat in the hotel twice once for breakfast and once for lunch it was nice and good value for money compared to most of the big hotels. The only thing that got on my nerves was the aircon its only in the bedroom and wasn’t powerful enough for the whole apartment so we moved our child’s bed into our room to sleep. There really big apartments so it didn’t matter. I would actually stay here again it really wasn’t bad we are a family for 4 and stayed in Cyprus for 10 nights for a really good price and a great location. There is a great bus service from the high street which can take you to all over south Cyprus, All the staff here are honestly so lovely and there was alway someone when you needed anything even making my husband coffee early before the bar was open, it’s the little things that make a difference, and the wi-Fi was good and free.

The appartment was completely outdated, not maintaneance at all.
The bathroom had the sink that was not drain correctly, it has black mold on the top.
The kitchen was with old appliances, with the cooking fan not working, the cable of the cooking stove not safe (a child can touch and end up in the hospital).
I put ice cream in the freezer, they melt due to the old appliances…
The sink was leaking and the draws were litteraly falling down and dirty.
The "cleaning"... well they entered 5 minutes litteraly, pass a brush, mocho and that's it. Never clean a toilette in 2 weeks holiday, the last week after wednesday they basically disappear and we were leaving on saturday.
This hotel it is ok for low budget party when you are 20s for few nights. Not for families and specially not for 2 weeks!
The pool was the only good thing of the property. Staff is nice, specially the young guy but nice people do not match with nice place.
Also the position is good, closed to the beach and restaurants.

They are kind people but they should probably do another job cause that it has been the worst hotel in my life, I would not suggest a family vacation there even to my worst enemy.

Perfectly situated for beach bars and restaurants. Pool was very quiet which is relaxing. Rooms basic but equipped for a weeks self catering holiday very roomy.
Bins emptied every day, towels changed in the stay and clean bedding during the stay. Had a fab week would definitely come back.

My wife andI have just returned to the UK from a 28 day stay at these apartments. We stayed in a spacious one bedroom apartment room 107. Prior to going I had requested a room near the lift as my wife has difficulty walking any distance, bingo as requested. All rooms are serviced at least 4 times a week. The complex has a large swimming pool with plenty of sun beds with sun all day and a bar for food and drink. The apartments are very well positioned for shops restaurants and 10 minutes walk from a very nice sandy beach. If you are on a budget these are the apartments for you. Thank you Niko and George for making our stay a memorable one we hope to return soon. Andrew & Jane.
