Great hotel in the heart of Reno
Pros:

We have stayed here several times. Love the place and location - just 5 min from UNR.
The staff is really nice. Great indoor pool. Love the historic theme on each floor - the things I did not know about Reno. Will explore more next time.
Love the Indian restaurant across the street.

Cons:

Need to bring better ear plugs because of the party goers across the street. ... which is a bummer and of course nothing to do with the hotel itself.

We had a great experience at charming Plaza Resort Club Reno
Pros:

The location was great, staff was super friendly. We came to visit for the pride festival and will stay here again on our next visit to Reno.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner

Our stay was amazing, and we would definitely love to stay here again.
Pros:

The service was amazing — the staff was very warm, friendly, and attentive. The hotel has a classic style, but it is in excellent condition and very clean. It is also located in a very convenient area, just a 5-minute walk from the main casinos.
