It had an old town chic aesthetic
Nothing really it was fine!
Ystävällinen vastaanottohenkilö, suuri huone
Vino lattia. Todella vanhanaikainen remontoimaton hotelli, ei vastannut kuvia. Ei ravintolaa hotellissa
I like the property was clean.
I didn’t like that the property was super outdated.
Nothing!!
Old carpet, drapes, decor, original from the '80's that smelled like wet dog. Not informed of a "business" directly across the street that has Raves/Nightclub/ Disco every.single.night! with LOUD thumping bass music until 4 am in the morning, (Reno police says they don't have to comply with noise ordinances, as it's a business in downtown!)=ZERO SLEEP! Rooftop deck is Not on roof, it's on 7th floor, of the 20-story building, the ONLY reason we booked this hotel was to see the fireworks from the rooftop deck, & we were not able to see them! Parking lot at odd angles, not secure & you had to take 2 separate elevators to access it. The front desk reception was like talking to a rock! One towel per person for a 5 day stay, additional towels requested were dirty. 2 coffee pods only/3 pods limit per day shared. Ice only available on 7th floor. Only stayed because it was prepaid/ non-refundable but left one day early! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
Wish the bar area was open while we were there
Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice indoor pool area.
Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and staff provided exceptionally hospitality and service!
Posizione super centrale
L'ascensore era fuori servizio
I love the plazas, consistency.Never a let down
Beds were super comfy, pillows were amazing! Theres a sofa bed in every room I've ever been in here. They have plenty of extra pillows and bedding. Room had fridge n microwave. Full sized windows that looked out onto downtown Reno, and we got to see the big fireworks show right from our room. Definitely a great stay!
That i had to leave.
We were in town for softball tournament for our daughter. The hotel was very dated! Our friends room just one over had what looked like bed bug feces on the mattress - they ended up going to a different hotel room, we had a very hard time sleeping due to yelling drunk people on street level - we were on the 14th floor facing CIrcus Circus and there were cars burning rubber for hours on end so it sounded like a race track! I would not stay here ever again let alone down town Reno. .

That it had a comfort station and could sit outside. Also neatly decorated
Liked it all a lot
Fantastic location and accommodating staff. This isn't your most modern, hip, hotel. The decor remains firmly ensconced in the 70's or 80's but it is sparkling clean with a lovely staff and a fantastic location just steps away from the River walk area which wonderful to walk and full of restaurants. We had a lovely evening dining out, strolling and listening to fantastic music, which, by the way, was a free performance. Great for an overnight.
