Pros:

Cute and quiet place, pet friendly, property is very well taken care of. Condos are very clean and homely. Approximately 7min drive to casinos and race track.
I have stayed several times and will continue to book my stays. I highly recommend

Best place to spend Ruidoso
Pros:

Was a wonderful place to enjoy a good time in Ruidoso. Comfortable, safe and only 2 minutes from a casino !

The condos have everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are clean and in perfect condition. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a TV in each room. The programming is limited to basic cable. I would recommend replacing the TV's with smart TV's so guest can cast their own app programming. The beds are comfortable but the bed sheets need replacement. The tub needs replacement too. The heaters heat the rooms very quick and maintain the condo very warm which is very nice.

Most recent update or upgrade had to have been late 80s, early 90s. Towels were in very bad shape, bedding had that old fashioned polyester-type material. The space is big but a few bucks to update would have had me paying a lot more. Value price is definitely what you pay is what you get. Screaming boys from teams throwing balls and all over the place.

The room was a biy dated and the bed could use new sheets, The condo was in very slight dis -repair , but I believe the price point more than compensated for the small iscomforts.... Overall- clean friendly and bice . I would do it again!!!

Pine cliff village

Stayed at pine cliff village for our 2 day weekend family trip. Room was nice and clean.living room TV needed an update beds were nice and comfortable overall it was a good experience for the price we paid we will be coming back here for our future trips to Ruidoso.

The bed had dog hair and their was bugs it did not look clean and and it smell ugly when we went in.
