We have stayed here before and although we like the location to the casino we always find an issue. This time we bought breakfast in advance and the kitchen was closed. They state on their website they offer a hot breakfast but only offered cold items during our stay. Many people seemed disappointed.

The hotel's system was down upon our arrival, but MICHELE at the front desk provided EXCELLENT service when we eventually were able to check-in. She changed our room with no hassle as our daughter joined us during our stay. We will stay their again for sure!

Very clean and friendly staff. Close to historic district/antique shops in Bensalem, PA.

Room had hole in wall,there was old fruit on the floor when we arrived in our room, the satff wasn't very welcoming, my reservation said complementary breakfast which they did not have complementary breakfast. The pool was out of order. Probably would not revisit unless received confirmation all these issues have been resolved.

Quiet

Much smaller than expected, no breakfast, paid parking.

Have stayed here many times, room was comfortable, asked for a quiet room and got one at the end of the corridor facing the back of the building and It was perfect.

Great clean hotel however the pool was out of service for our entire stay (3days). Front desk receptionist was nice. No issue with check in or check out. Would stay here again.

Front desk person (Tekia?) was the best. She welcomed us immediately and was pleasant, friendly, professional and extremely informative!! Rooms were very nice, roomy and extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!

I keep saying this place is a joke.160 nights in hilton 35 nights in marriott while filming a tv show. The front desk guy was rude, arrogant dismissive and after 2 weeks working here needs to be fired. I was so insulted by him. I asked who the gm was. He said he didn't know and why should he know. He was so busy flirting with a lady taking off her shoes in the lobby he had no time for me a guest. I asked for a room with a tub as I hurt my knee. I got no tub. I asked for water he had none. Wow! This is going to corporate and on my show and in the news. Btw the rooms aren't ready even after 4 00 p.m. the rooms aren't clean. The hot water wasn't hot. What a disaster!

The absolute best staff and cleaninest…

We stayed here for a performance at Parx so we didn't have to drive nearly 2 hours back home, and could have a few drinks. We're glad that the property was actually worth the 5 stars we gave it, so we didn't have to Uber too far either. Would totally stay here again if there's a performance there that we want to see.

Just a great place to stay — a real gem!

The property was nice. Staff was friendly. Found a lot of hair in the bathroom so it could have been cleaner.

The property is very small and quiet. The staff is very polite. The only thing is there aren’t any housekeepers at night.
