We were very accommodating for my husband‘s physical disabilities. They’re hot tub was nice and hot.

Property was easy to get from the freeway and close to the outlets for shopping. Felt safe to go to car and back in hotel in the dark. Unfortunately, lits of dogs staying at the hotel, poop in the hallways and barking could be heard from multiple rooms including the one above us multiple times throughout the night as well as something on the floors in constant door noises, people going in and out with pets all night. Elevator and hallways smell like vinegar. They said breakfast went till 10 am, but we we're told the kitchen had already closed down at 9:45 am on a saturday morning. Shower in our room leaked and the beds were super hard.
Was comfortable but have to find people in cafeteria. Often not there or looking for them.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Room was clean spacious. Smiling staff always add points to a visitor’s stay. Although breakfast can do with some more options preferably veg or vegan friendly.

The housekeeping staff knocked on the door before we were dressed and ready to leave at around 9am. We were overcharged by this booking site an additional $10 for the breakfast that the hotel told us is included with every stay. They were friendly and it was clean. Just some miscommunication.
The hotel was super clean, and service was outstanding but the beds were absolutely horrible.
Staff were super friendly. Quiet and safe. Lots of places to eat and shop around the hotel. Very convenient.
