The room was okay. The hotel was okay.

A couple points I didn’t like are: I was charged $1850 pesos for transportation from the airport to the hotel. Come to find out if you get a DiDi ride yourself it would have been $600 pesos at the most. Not cool for the hotel to charge that much when they know it doesn’t cost much.

I didn’t like the pool. It needs to be renovated asap. All the caulking around the pool is mold. Not okay to be looking at if you want to enjoy the pool.

The buffet needs better flavor. Honestly, it was horrible. For the price you paid to be in this hotel, breakfast sucks.

The staff was great. Overall, the hotel was clean. But it needs some urgent matters to fix as soon as possible.

Ya he llegado en otras ocasiones pero esta última vez lo que no me gustó es que el elevador me golpeó porque no me detectó. Se lo reporté a la de recepción y como que ni le importó porque demostró mucho desinterés.
