The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very easy to get to from the airport. We were able to walk to Markets, a big and new Mall, and take an uber and public transportation to the city square. Very safe area where everyone we encountered was friendly towards tourists.

Dla WYMAGAJĄCH i oczekujących super komfortu za takie pieniądze i na Ukrainie polecam - ZOSTAĆ W DOMU i nie pisać później głupot że SŁABO !!!! Ukraina jest bardzo bardzo fajna , polecam :)

Rooms are clean and very spacious,the breakfast is tasty and copious, the staff is friendly. The only downside - the hotel is too far from the city center and there is nothing to do around.

Leider sehr abgewohnt, aber für ukrainische Verhältnisse okay. Frühstück standard und nichts Besonderes.
Sehr nettes Personal, dass auch mitten in der Nacht auf Wunsch die Hotelbar noch mal öffnet.

For the price it it good, it is not 4 star hotel. Old but nicely renovated, air conditioned, good breakfast bufett. Ten minutes from airport.

Очень хорошая гостиница, по очень лояльной цене... Особенно удивил завтрак - большой выбор на шведской линии и очень вкусный... Приветливый персонал, уютный, чистый номер...

Номер не соответствовал заявленному, в стоимость должен был входить завтрак, а по итогу нам сказали что за него надо платить. В результате чего мы сразу же потребовали вернуть деньги, и пришлось искать другое место проживания, что отняло у нас много времени.

hotel bardzo dobry. wyśmienite jedzenie. dobre i bogate sjuadania. polexam jajecznice przygotowywana przez kucharza na sali. a na obiaf szczególnie polecam barszcz ukraiński. duży plus za tramwaje które jeżdżą z centrum pod sam hotel.

4* w tym Hotelu to jakieś nieporozumienie łazienka w opłakanym stanie nie remontowana chyba od samego początku czyli od lat 70 tych.Korytarz klapki mozaiki ruchome i przykryte poprzecieranym chodnikiem na dodatek brudnym hotel w nieciekawej dzielnicy.Jedyny pozytyw to świetna obsługa i poranne super śniadanie.Raczej nie polecam jak dla mnie to hotel góra 2*.

I was very disappointed, in the condition of this 3 star hotel. The building looks old and smells old. They are currently doing some maintenance and renovations. I saw a facility maintenance man, sanding one of the walls on the hall and doing some prep work for painting. The carpeting in my room was filthy. I had a nonsmoking room, but my room had a strong smoking smell. I could smell my neighbors smoking as well, and heard their loud conversations. The receptionist behaved as though texting or answering her smart phone was more important than me checking in. When I checked out, the hotel wanted to charge me a different price than what was agreed on Travelocity. It took a few minutes and I was charged the correct amount.

Hotel is really good for that price, it is renovated, has AC, safe, minibar, everything you need. BUT, the cleaning service is awful! The carpet was dirty, there was garbage in the trash when moved in, the shower had some unpleasant evidence of previous guests. It is really a petty as the hotel is overall good. OK breakfast.

Apartament typu LUX, bardzo komfortowy, przyjemny wystrój, bogate wyposażenie, czysto, schludnie, w takich warunkach można wypoczywać. Śniadanie w formie bufetu bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa hotelu uprzejma i chętna do pomocy. Nocowałem w wielu hotelach we Lwowie więc mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić Sputnik, standard naprawdę europejski. Jedyny minus to położenie. Brzydka okolica i daleko od centrum, trochę bliżej do lotniska, dworca autobusowego i kolejowego. Obok hotelu przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe, można bez problemu wszędzie dojechać ale z racji tłoku w komunikacji zbiorowej radziłbym wybrać taksówkę.

L'albergo è ben collegato con il centro grazie alla linea del tram. la struttura richiama uno stile un pò spartano. La camera è in stile sovietico anni 80 ed è possibile che sia stata utilizzata da fumatori. Ottima la colazione.Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso il giudizio è buono.

Странно, почему этот отель имеет 4 звезды. На 4-ку там только завтраки, вкусные, разнообразные, домашние, я бы даже сказала. А в остальном.. Уборка номеров не производилась практически вообще, ни кровать не заправят, ни грязную чашку не помоют. Номер очень простой, на троечку. Расположение - 20-25 минут на трамвае до центра. Не самый плохой вариант, конечно, но и не самый удобный, так как вся красота города находится именно в центре. Да, из плюсов - очень красивые новогодние елочки везде.

The hotel is close to the airport, and is well connected to downtown by the tram service. The staff is pleasant enough, breakfast is good and filling. Rooms are mostly clean, however the sofa did have a few suspicious stains on it. Overall a decent place to stay.
