Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.😃
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick aus der 11. Etage. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Das Frühstück war ok.
Parken in der dazugehörigen Tiefgarage war super.

Cons:

Keinerlei Beanstandungen.

Hamburg ist vielfältig, weltoffen, reizvoll, ...
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, in nur wenige Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts zu berichten.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff, good location, beautiful parc in front of hotel. Room was well equipped and had a great shower. Very soft pillows but you can ask for an extra one. If you are a member you get a card for public transport which was a great plus for us. Would stay here again.

Für mich war die Lage ideal, allerdings ist das Hotel nicht optimal an den ÖPNV angeschlossen.

Cons:

Das man das WiFi nur gegen Registrierung nutzen kann ist etwas merkwürdig!

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral, die Aussicht aus den oberen Etagen ist schön. Der Checkin war schon um 13 Uhr möglich. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe und bietet sehr viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, auch im Bad, einen Schrank, Garderobe, Kühlschrank und kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee/Tee.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten, ich mag keine Teppichböden in Hotels und das Kissen war für mich unbequem und die Decke zu dick. Fenster kippen ist zum Glück möglich gewesen.
