Wir hatten in Summe einen angenehmen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV und der Anschluss ans Parkhaus Messe - Achtung: zu Messezeit eingeschränkte Nutzbarkeit (empfohlene Einfahrt gesperrt) und Probleme bei der Zufahrt.

Upgrade in höhere Zimmerkategorie und Bezug bereits vor 15.00 Uhr.

Das Snack-/ Getränkeangebot im Automaten im Foyer, leider sehr teuer (z.B. 3,50 € für kleine Tüte Chips) und z.T. leere Fächer.

Cons:

Filterkaffee stand zu 2 Frühstücken nicht zur Verfügung - es hätten 5 Liter gekocht werden müssen, d.h. es gab nur Tee oder Kaffee“Spezialitäten.

Anfragen vor Reisebeginn wurden nicht beantwortet, allgemeine Infos kamen auf Englisch, am 2. Aufenthaltstag kam eine Begrüßungsnachricht, z.T. schlecht zu verstehendes Personal an der Rezeption.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a nice and quiet area. We were very happy with our stay and found it easy to get around Hamburg from this location. Appreciated the complimentary coffee pods in the room.

Zum Schlafen gut, Park vor der Tür, Nahe am Bahnhof Dammtor, gute Verkehrsanbindung.
Pros:

Lage gut, Zimmer modern und sauber, Möglichkeit Reinigung abzubestellen gut.

Cons:

Frühstück für dieses Angebot zu teuer. Kaffee auf dem Zimmer wurde nicht aufgefüllt, auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption hieß es sie hätten keinen Kaffee… nur das Hauskeeping. Die musste man aber suchen… ?

Pros:

Tolle Aussicht aus dem oberen Stockwerk. Zentrale Lage. Ruhig.

Cons:

Nicht besonders sauber. Insbesondere der Teppich sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Flur. Möbel in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem triste Ausstrahlung. Fängt schon im Foyer an. Zimmereinigung nur auf Anforderung. Insgesamt wenig Service, wenig Personal.

Parfait pour accéder au Centre des Congrès de Hambourg
Pros:

L'hôtel se trouve à quelques pas du centre de congrès de Hambourg, la gare de Dammtor est également accessible à pieds. Il y a des restaurants et des cafés à environ 10-15min à pieds.
La chambre est de taille petite/moyenne. le petit-déjeuner est ok.

Cons:

il y a de la moquette partout chambre et couloirs. Les oreillers ne sont pas super.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Ich war für eine Tanzveranstaltung zwei Nächte dort und fand alles sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder!

Cons:

Der Unterschied zwischen dem Business-Plus-Zimmer und den anderem Zimmer war – abgesehen von der Aussicht – nicht spürbar. Die Anderen hatten einen Wasserkocher, wir eine Kapselmaschine. Da der Preis gleich war, okay – bei Aufpreis fürs Business Plus würde ich es mir überlegen.
