Schönes und sauberes Hotel in idealer Lage
Pros:

Zimmer in der 11 Etagen mit schönen Stadtblick
Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte fast keine Gebrauchsspuren
Mitarbeiter am Empfang sehr nett und freundlich
Wir haben sofort 2 zusätzliche Kopfkissen erhalten

Tolles Hotel mit. Mäßigem Küchenpersonal

Die Lage zum Messegelände ist perfekt.
Die Zimmer freundlich und super Sauber.

Cons:

Das Küchenpersonal ist schnell überfordert. Am Samstag und Sonntags keine Spiegeleier weil viel in der Küche zu tun ist und der Service bekommt den Unmut ab, macht ein Tolles Hotel nicht ganz so toll. Schade...

Wurden beim Preis mit einem nicht berechtigten Aufpreis überrascht und mussten 30,- mehr bezahlen. Preis, Leistung nicht in Ordnung. Frühstück schlechte Auswahl für den hohen Preis.

Cons:

Hotelbar war o.k. Aber 12 Euro für ein Glas mittelmäßigen Rotwein, scheint mir persönlich auch in Hamburg zu teuer.
