Das Hotel hat seine Regeln. Booking.com sollte dies bitte auch so transparent darstellen.
Pros:

Die Buchung über Booking.com war irreführend, weil dort Einzelbetten, verbunden mit Mehrkosten, buchbar waren, die mit Zusage der nicht kostenfrei stornierbaren Übernachtung nicht zugesichert wurde.
Auf Mailanfrage wurde nicht geantwortet.
Das ist ein no-go, liebes Booking.com.
Nur das sehr freundliche, zugewandte Personal am Check- in rettete diese von Boking.co. verursachten Negativ- Start. Infomail über kostenlose Nutzung vom Öffentlichen städtischen Verkehrsnetz kam leider erst am Anreisetag morgens.
Ein Hinweisschild auf der Infotheke wäre holfreich.
Ansonsten alles Personal super freundlich. Lage direkt an Planten un Blomen war wunderschön.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, kostenlose ÖPNV-Tickets für den Aufenthalt als Rewards-Mitglied,
sehr schöne Aussicht über die Stadt von den höheren Etagen

Personal sehr freundlich. Gutes Frühstück. Schöne Aussicht. U-Bahnticket inklusive.

Cons:

Mit schwerem Koffer vom Bahnhof Dammtor etwas weit, bei schlechtem Wetter noch mehr. Und Taxis sind sehr teuer, über 20 Eurp für die paar hundert Meter. Vielleicht ein Voucher für Bahnreisende? So lenkt der Name des Hotels auf eine falsche Fährte.

Tolles Hotel - wir sind fast Stammkunden
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel gleich fußläufig zum herrlichen Park "Planten un Blomen" und zum Bahnhof Dammtor.

Es war alles prima.

2 gece konaklama yaptık ertesi günü sabah resepsiyona odanın temizlenmesi için bilgi vermemize rağmen bir beyefendi oda numaramızı aldı ve ekstrada odada ki klimanin çalışmadığını da belirtmemize rağmen ne odamız temizlendi nede klima için ilgilenildi. Oda okadar sıcaktı ki hiç konforlu değildi. Kısacı odada ki çöpler ne temizlendi nede ekstra temizlik ürünleri verildi.

OK, aber nicht erste Wahl in dieser Preisklasse.
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, modern, Dusche auch ok.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung fand trotz Anmeldung am Abend vorher nicht statt. Diese erfolgt nur alle drei Tage oder auf Anfrage (in diesem Fall leider nicht).
Das Frühstück ist grundsätzlich gut, aber Vieles fehlte, war schon leer und wurde nicht mehr nachgefüllt, obwohl von der angekündigten Frühstückszeit noch mehr als 1 Std. übrig war.
Insgesamt in Ordnung, aber bestimmt nicht erste Wahl beim nächsten Hamburgbesuch in dieser Preisklasse..
Das Personal könnte mehr auf Freundlichkeit geschult werden!
