Et skønt og stilfuldt ophold midt i Hanois hjerte. Den franske boutique-indretning med smukke trægulve skaber en varm og rolig stemning. Værelset var lyst og rummeligt med et fantastisk badeværelse og badekar. Morgenmadsbuffeten var lækker med både lokale retter og vestlige klassikere. Stor værdi for pengene.

Un véritable coup de cœur! L'architecture d'inspiration française est élégante et raffinée. La chambre était très spacieuse, baignée de lumière naturelle thanks aux grandes fenêtres, et la baignoire était un vrai bonheur après une journée de visite. Le petit-déjeuner buffet propose d'excellents plats locaux et européens. Emplacement parfait à deux pas du lac!

We came to Hanoi for a week-long business-and-leisure trip and booked one of their apartment-style rooms. Halfway through our stay, I accidentally dropped my purse with my laptop charger and passport at a local cafe in the Old Quarter. Panic set in immediately. I ran back to the hotel reception, and the staff instantly sprang into action. They called the cafe, spoke in Vietnamese to confirm they found it, and even arranged a quickGrab bike to retrieve it for me within 20 minutes! Aside from saved sanity, the room itself made working remotely a dream-extremely spacious, equipped with a functional kitchen, huge fridge, fast Wi-Fi, and a large sunlit window. Coming back to relax in the big bathtub every night made this place feel like home. Exceptional service that goes way beyond standard hotel duties.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
