Le séjour a été très agréable tout autour de la ville SAUF les bruits incessants de klaxon.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le vieux quartier de Hanoï. Très pratique et très accessible aux magasins et boutiques et restaurants. Super.

Pros:

The location is good and the staff were very nice. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was tiny (barely enough space to walk around the bed) and it had no windows!You can hear everything from the hallway as if it were inside the room. From the pictures I expected better quality.

Unpleasant surprise, but lovely staff.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind, and the position is perfect for visiting around.

Cons:

Unfortunately the property is in poor state: our room had mold, broken tiles in the shower and the door was damaged so it would not close properly.
Moreover, it is sold as a room with a window and we knew it wouldn't have a view, but the window is actually not facing outside at all, it's facing a wall that is not even outside, as if the room was made shorter.

Ubicación perfecta. La chica de recepción era muy agradable y amable. Hotel práctico, con todo lo necesario.

Cons:

Aspecto viejo y algo estropeado de las instalaciones y de la habitación. Desayuno mejorable.

Disgusting and effectively a theft of money.

The staff tried to apologize for the horrible experience.

Cons:

The whole hotel need to be properly cleaned. The room was very dirty with hair in the bathroom, previous user's waste in the shower and dead cockroach in the bathroom. Disgusting. They rely on a teenager to "clean". I had to as 3 times to have the cockroach removed from the bathroom. The bed was hard as were the pillows. Breakfast was horrible. I would never stay there again. Also, we payed top price for the most expensive room after seeing the initial room was much worse and not what was advertised.

Pros:

It was an amazing experience. I stayed in 3 different hotels in the simialr location with simialr price and this one was the best. Very helpful and kind stuff, nice amenities, clean, perfect location, many tasty options for breakfast also healthy oprtions with cooked veggies with I appriciate a lot. Stuff helped me with ordering taxi and on the arrival I have received welcome drink. Nothing to complain highly recommended:)
