Комунікація з менеджером
Вимагали оплатити номер через месенджер Telegram (кидали туди рахунок) і відмовились на словах заселяти поки не скину гроші, хоча в самому booking.com такої опції немає (я б оплатила заздалегідь без проблем, або якби хоча б на самій платформі в повідомлення написали це, а не в телеграмі). А то то дуже дивна комунікація була.
