Pros:

Die Lage und der Ausblick, die Bar, das Frühstück und das äusserst freundliche Personal beim Frühstück und in der Bar.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Es war so klein, dass nur auf einer Seite ein Nachttisch Platz hatte. Als Einzelzimmer wäre das ok, aber für zwei Personen ist es eine Zumutung in dieser Hotelkategorie.

We are always looked after exceptionally well.
Pros:

We are regular visitors at this hotel stopping in Luzern as we travel between our homes in the UK and Italy. It is always excellent. The staff in particular are always exceptional.

Cons:

The breakfasts could be a bit better, both the cooked and the pastries, it is honestly the only thing that could be improved.

おもてなしが最高のホテル、気持ちよく滞在できます！
Pros:

ハネムーンでの利用をお伝えしてたところ、お部屋のアップグレードをしてくれていました。お部屋にはスタッフさんからのメッセージやサプライズがあり、ハネムーン最終日にすごくうれしい体験ができました。
お部屋から見える景色も最高です。

Cons:

ルッツェルン駅から少し距離があります。
私たちはホテルの下にケーブルカーがあることを知らずに、街をお散歩がてらスーツケースを持ってホテルに向かってしまい、急な坂道がとても大変でした。

Belle escale à Lucerne, adresse à retenir pour une prochaine visite de la région.
Pros:

Magnifique vue dont on peut profiter depuis le restaurant. Accès facile à la ville malgré que l’hôtel est un peu en retrait.

Cons:

Bar fermé plus tôt qu’annoncé, donc inaccessible quand nous avons voulu profiter de la vue.
Réaction un peu irritée d’un serveur au restaurant quand nous n’avons pas compris ce qu’il nous disait…

Die Lage: erhöht mit einer unglaublich schönen View über die ganze Bucht von Luzern. Zudem das Ambiente (Grand Hotel mässig). Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich.
