Overall good experience, very much appreciated the music the atmosphere and the kindness at the Louis bar. The view from the balcony was exceptional.
This was one of my favorite hotel stays I have ever experienced. We had a corner room with two balconies overlooking lake Lucerne. The bed was fabulous, the noise level nonexistent, and the room was perfectly clean and well furnished. Breakfast at the hotel was a delight and the cable car ride to the Lakeside from the hotel lobby is just so cool.
Once again, Switzerland was very expensive but we'd go back there in a flash. Lucerne is a beautiful city. Many scenic attractions and small enough to get around on foot, if you're fit! Again, this hotel was recommended for us by family, as was Zurich. Very nice rooms and facilities but once again, the rooms and bathrooms are quite small compared to Australian standards. The most beautiful location overlooking the lake with an excellent covered outdoor restaurant during the day. A bespoke bar for pre dinner drinks and very chic. Could easily be used for a film set. Restaurant? Not bad but A$600 for 2 people and the waitress expected a tip! She simply wasn't worth it, sorry. This is pretty high-end accommodation but, what the heck. Were on holidays and Lucerne was simply magical.

It was pretty warm in Lucerne and not having the AC’s running in April was a little odd. They did give us a fan for the stay (on our request) so that was good! Just maybe something for the hotel to keep in mind!
This hotel has spectacular views and excellent service. The funicular down from the view hotel brings you right down to the lake and restaurants.

We loved our room, the views, the modern decor, yet vintage feel, the funicular and the staff. We had such a memorable stay and plan to go back.
Everything, the staff, the architecture, the service and most of all the views! We didn't want to leave but had other plans. The room was big enough, very well-decorated and quiet. We loved the funicular access to the lakeside promenade.

El hotel tiene un encanto único, con un estilo Art Deco muy bien cuidado que lo hace sentir elegante y acogedor al mismo tiempo. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de todo son las vistas… absolutamente impresionantes. Despertar con esa vista al lago y a las montañas es una experiencia que no se olvida.
La habitación estaba muy cómoda, limpia y con todos los detalles bien pensados. Además, la ubicación es muy buena, lo suficientemente cerca del centro pero con la tranquilidad perfecta para descansar.
En general, fue una experiencia increíble y sin duda volveríamos. Un lugar perfecto para disfrutar Lucerna de una forma especial.
