The view from the hotel on the lake is stunning! We also liked the new modern interior of our room, the classic style of the hotel overall and of course the fantastic restaurant. We will come back!

Hotel Montana em Lucerna fantástico.
Pros:

Quarto com camas e roupas de cama perfeitas, o café da manhã é dos Deuses muito variado e requintado tudo de muito bom gosto, servido com muita etiqueta pelo garçon. As mesas redondas muito bem decoradas com vista para o Rio. Dentro do hotel tem um elevador horizontal que nos levou até as margens do Rio Reuss, com uma curta caminhada chega-se até a ponte da capela, delícia de caminhada.
O hotel fica no alto e tem vista panorâmica, assim que as luzes da cidade se ascendem torna-se um espetáculo. A experiência foi muito agradável, Lucerna é uma cidade incrível na Suiça.

Pros:

We paid $750 a night, and we had no view of Lake Lucerne. For an extra $200 a night we could upgrade to a lake view room. We declined the extra expense. This hotel was booked through Viking Cruises for the end of our river cruise. It is a beautiful hotel with really good customer service. The morning breakfast was included with our package, and it was very good. Besides the price the other complaint that I had was that the stand-alone shower was smaller than the one on our cruise ship.

Exceptional staff and service.
Pros:

The staff are exceptionally helpful, the location is superb, the room was excellent and the parking was easy.

Wunderschöner, stimmiger Aufenthalt in Luzern über Silvester/ Neujahr im Hotel Montana
Pros:

Ausserordentlich ist die Lage des Hotels mit Weitblick über den See bis zu den fernen Bergen.
Ausserordentlich war auch das Personal. So eine schnelle und kompetente Bedienung sei es am Sivesterabend beim Essen oder in der Bar und auch beim Frühstück habe ich selten erlebt.
