Pros:

I like the location, easy access in and out, and a very good view from the balcony. The breakfast was good.
Whenever I go to Lincoln City, this is the hotel I always use.

I will not be going back to that hotel again and maybe not another Best Western.
Cons:

Asked to check in at 3 pm couldn't check in until after 4 which is standard. They had a sign on desk short staffed both Tuesday and Wednesday at check in. Had to wait for a line to get checked in because no one could check in before 4. So everyone waited until after 4 to come check in. Rest of the stay was ok.

I'll be back great stay very comfortable and friendly staff.
Pros:

Everyone of the staff check in hskg and breakfast attendants all excellent customer service.

Cons:

TP in bathroom was underneath the sink kind an awkward location to reach and the coffee maker was hard to keep shut down the flap to make the coffee in the K cup machine

We didn’t sleep much because of baby. But it was nice to have breakfast ready and delicious

Cons:

That the bed had hair on it before we used it. But the manager was so sweet. She changed it for us. She the nicest person you would meet. Thanks to her she made our night better!

Book Best Western directly with them!
Pros:

Room, breakfast all good

Cons:

Bed was too soft. Since I did not book the room through Best Western I could not receive membership points plus the amt I paid was $4.00 more than it would have been if I had booked it directly with BW. Not happy with receiving that information!! Future bookings will be directly through Best Western.
