Great times in Lincoln City
Pros:

Even though the motel is going through a renovation the facilities were all clean. All the staff that we encountered as well as the front counter staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Cons:

Everything was really great.

Pros:

The staff were stellar! Excellent customer service from check in to check out! Even the cleaning staff were fantastic!

Cons:

There was a leak from the toilet in the room above us and staff were quick to respond! They were grateful for our input!

Clean, comfortable stay with amenities for a decent price
Pros:

The pool and hot tub are very nice and were not crowded at all. The coffee maker in the lobby could make you all kinds of yummy drinks any time of day. The breakfast was above average with lots of options including waffles, yogurt parfaits, eggs and sausage. Despite being near the road, the noise was not bad at all.

Cons:

Hotel was under construction while we were there so only the main floor was open. Lots of workers coming and going. You have to drive to the beach and there is no ocean view, but we knew that.

Pros:

It was an excellent stay here. The front desk lady was worried about our booked rooms not being right because of ongoing construction. She made it right and took great care of us. Our room was large and the bed was super comfortable. The location is great and bonus points for being next to the Otis Cafe.

Good hotel
Pros:

It was a convient location near shopping and the beach. Staff was kind and respectful. Room was a decent size for 2 queen beds. I like how all the rooms face same direction.

Cons:

I think there were ants in the room. Saw a few in the bathroom only, thankfully, each day.

Know better the next time
Pros:

Location, clean and the people.

Cons:

Prices for what we got.
AC was very noisy so we couldn’t use it if we wanted to sleep. We opened the patio door on the 2nd floor for cool air but it was too much traffic noise.
Making a left turn from hotel driveway was nearly impossible because of traffic. It didn’t help being spring break.
