Pros:

Rooms were beautiful and lovely. Bathroom could do with a little upgrade, but had all the main facilities, however the rooms were lovely and comfortable. Indoor pool is a massive flex! Loved the gym!

Cannot speak highly enough of the service. Staff were friendly, would go out of their way to give us a great experience. Highly recommend staying there.

Cons:

The hotel is in dire need of upgrading! Needs new carpet, painting the walls, and make it more aesthetically pleasing. But once that is achieved, it’ll be a highly sourced prized place to stay

Pros:

Lovely hotel, great location - very happy with room service - efficient, food arrived hot & very tasty.

Cons:

The common areas of the hotel were very cold & the large gap under the door made it tricky to warm up.the bedroom - such a shame as very nice room which was very comfortable with good amenities

Cons:

Interior of property is very dated (not maintained in last 10 years). General areas (particularly corridors) shabby and dirty. Toilet tucked in at end of vanity a bit of a squeeze. Don’t know how bigger people manage.

Hallways smell musty, stains on carpet throughout room. Bed very uncomfortable. Showerhead blew off when putting pressure up. Ordered dine in breakfast, order was not picked up.from outside door. Very run down , will not be staying here again.

Comfortable Stay in Whangārei
Pros:

Appropriate for families Clean, modern and comfortable rooms with plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The complimentary milk provided wasn't enough for the number of guests staying in the room. It would have been appreciated if there had been enough milk for everyone to enjoy a tea or coffee without having to request more.
