Amazing unique hotel , friendly and professional stuff
Nothing everything was excellent
Excellents views, service, breakfast ! We loved our stay in Ravello - the magical place , especially when there are no day tourists : early morning and later afternoon - evenings. But inside the hotel guests enter a magical world where the time stops and both the body and soul can truly relax.
We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything.
The hotel provided a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations. Not the nicest of rooms we’ve stayed at but that was more to do with our budget rather than the hotel. If you can afford to then you should definitely book a room with a sea view, however if you can’t you still get to enjoy the luxury of the rest of the hotel.
An AMAZING hotel and no surprise at all that it’s been given 5 stars
We just recently stayed at Palazzo Avino for the first time, and thoroughly enjoyed Ravello and this wonderful hotel. The whole time we were there it felt like we were in someone's home instead of a hotel. We particularly want to thank Front Desk Manager and Concierge, Mr. Antonio Ferrara, for his assistance before we arrived and his kindness while we were in the hotel. He and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay.
Hotel highlights: The outside Martini Bar (it's a wow), the Beach Club, the location in central Ravello within easy walking distance of everything, dinner at Rosellini's and the outdoor fitness area. Amazing hotel - beautiful, welcoming and comfortable.
Increíble las vistas, el hotel, el servicio.
Sobre todo la amabilidad del personas.
Tuvimos un lío gordo, y hubo mucha implicacion de todo el personal y nos ayudaron hasta el final.

A beautiful, 'old world' hotel with stunning views. Rooms are luxurious, very clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. There is greenery everywhere, plants and trees and grass. And the restaurant also has breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea.
The best hotel I have ever stayed in!! The staff, the view, the room, the food, all fantastic!!! We will definitely return
Hotel is the best.
Beach quite. Who wants to calm can go
There is no seaside. You have to jumping in the sea. Or there are steps. It was bad for me because I’m afraid of dip water.
Un lugar precioso con un personal excepcional
Beautiful setting with spectacular views. Gorgeous rooms and phenomenal restaurants. Their beach club by the sea (shuttle brings you down) was magical. Staff and food were wonderful and always smiling. The concierge, Antonio, was attentive and thoughtful with his wise recommendations prior and during our trip. Best concierge we have ever experienced.
Quaint and lovely town with great restaurants and shops. Quiet and not overrun with tourists and traffic. Ravello seems like a secret gem hidden on Amalfi Coast.
The one and only small negative is the 15 minute drive down long windy roads to get to the main road along the coast. We thought it was worth it to be in a cozy, authentic town not over crowded with tourists and cars.
We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to be back with our daughters in the future.
The hotel is nestled away and a bit hidden but well worth the effort. It’s beautifully decorated but the views and food and beverage experience is the star of the show. Don’t miss the wonderful sunsets with some of their cocktails and live music.
