Great for an overnight stay as very convenient to walk into town.
Pros:

Great location and car park useful but can get full. Comfy beds & very clean. Reception staff helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast quite basic but adequate for price....had a single room last time and a bit dark and window looked onto a wall but generally rooms have been fine...

very pleasant stay and servied my purpose perfectly
Pros:

The hotel is a lovely safe location and plenty of parking with close location to town centre.

Cons:

The rooms were warm and there was a limited drinks list for beers.

Not bad but expensive for what it is

Breakfast wasn’t the best food had been sitting there a while so not great didn’t go the second morning

Easy to find. Adequate for 1 night. Reception were friendly and helpful.The bathroom was lovely.

Cons:

No lift. A bit of a trek to the room. Very hot room. Felt slightly claustrophobic. Breakfast was disappointing.

Disappointing and certainly wouldn’t recommend or stay again.
Pros:

Location short walk to centre of Leamington

Cons:

Room- we had a small double that was far too small & stiflingly hot even with fan on! Basically any room the hotel suggests is a small double is in reality a single! Some staff were helpful, others weren’t.
Hotel just feels very tired and in need of a refresh and certainly not worth what we paid.

Great value for money hotel
Pros:

This is my second stay in a month, it's great. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are very clean and I like the free parking and its close proximity to town. Its great for a night out. All staff members are friendly and very professional.

Cons:

Can't fault it.

Pros:

Very pleasant hotel, peaceful with attentive staff. Breakfast very good, and overall very good value for money.

Cons:

Without moving the hotel closer to the centre, nothing I can think of!
