Great location nice little courtyard lovely introduction
Rooms are a little dated but that’s kind of okay if you wanna stroll down memory lane!
The location is great. Close to the centre of Royal Leamington Spa. Just out of the back door and follow the road up to the high street. Can't go wrong. Staff are lovely and the breakfast was great.
I stayed there last year in a different room which was better than the one I got this time. In the room I had this time the mattress was reminiscent of a chain link fence. I had to sleep on top of the duvet because it was too uncomfortable without. I do have a chronic back condition but the mattress was still pretty poor for the cost of the room. The bathroom window did not have a blind, only frosted glass, which does little to protect the modesty especially at night time when you have the lights on. The kettle had limescale on the spout which was clearly visible so ought to have been cleaned off. The lining of the one of the curtains was torn a good few inches and there was a crack in the wall in the wardrobe.

Noisey room. Intermittent pump or electric motor noise auditable in room causing a restless night with disturbed sleep.
Good location to walk to the town centre and shops -easy to find -free parking- central to Warwick and leamington- nice atmosphere to place -well run dining room for breakfast- good selection of breakfast food - room good size and the large fan came in very handy because of the extreme heat
Toilet rolls not in room but staff located one - would have liked a little more milk left in the drinks tray but it was an overnight stay so no real issue

Everything was great, room clean & well appointed. This is a really convenient hotel for me as I have family in the town so need somewhere nice to stay fairly regularly, I've stayed several times.
I got an upgrade for £5 to a king room which was nice. This hotel is excellent value for money & always clean.
The bed was really comfortable. Although no aircon, there was a tall fan which was absolutely fine even on one of the hottest days of the year.
View from window of interior service area/courtyard walls wasn't great but I was only there for 1 night to meet family so it didn't matter this time.

Absolutely gave me everything I needed for my short break . Not intrusive ,easy to get in and out , short walk Ito leamington .
The air fan was very marvellous as it was a very hot weekend .
The shower was very good ,which is usually what lets a lot of hotels down
The toilet was a bit smelly from time to time , but I guess that’s to do with the large sewage system , otherwise everything was very good
There was no aircon fitted to the rrom, but there was a fan which kept us cool in what would have otherwise been quite a stuffy room.

we went out to eat as the options in the restaurant were a bit limited.

Single accommodation only left. The bathroom was not good. Tiles weren't even and not enough mains sockets.
