Staff were very friendly, which always adds significantly to a stay.
Pros:

It was as described. Nice big room.
Parking was so helpful and the staff allowed us to leave the car after we checked out whilst we went into town.

Property was average location is nice

Cons:

Wasn’t worth over £100 to stay in one night bed was uncomfortable floor squeeze basic tea coffee not enough milk wasn’t worth the money

Clean , tidy , good location.

Cons:

Arrived hot and tired on a hot day. Asked if there was some water. Told that I could drink the water in the bathroom .

Good value hotel on the edge of town
Pros:

Staff are super friendly and very helpful, breakfast was a good price with plenty of choice, comfortable bed

Cons:

Not really a didn't like but the rooms are a little dated, no issues with them but could be a bit modernised. Equally, although not really far this hotel is on the outskirts of town, around a 10-12 minute walk from town, just something to be aware of.

Ok but needs improvement
Pros:

Location is excellent
Bathroom very good

Cons:

No one at reception mid afternoon
The decoration is very tired.
Garden is untidy eg. Rubbish all over the place
Room right next to bins that get moved at 6am ..so very noisy..

Clean

Cons:

The sound of running water in the heating system was horrible. They have to fix this. I had to go to reception and ask to stop the radiators in the room because I had not slept the previous night . Still you can hear it from the surrounding rooms! The breakfast did not have a single fresh vegetable. It’s almost impossible to fit in a diabetic diet. I know it’s typical English but most of the guests are on work visit( foreigners).
